R	Rania Bettaieb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to have dinner given the good reviews and left disappointed. The pizza had poor quality dough and tasteless “mozarella”. The lasagna barely had any bechamel and the taste as a whole was bland. Edit: We did not finish our dishes, i wish we would have. In fact, we were planning on ordering a Tiramisu but we decided not to since the food was not good. We also did not say the food was perfect and there is no way for the cook to know this since he’s in the kitchen. It’s a pity that some business owners can’t take criticism.
A	Alex Sotelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked down the coast road to find Del Mar Cafe. Though not just a typical cafe, the restaurant is an establishment with a lot to offer. Friendly smiles, thoughtful staff, a very nice decor, live plants and a couple of cool cats, this restaurant is a hidden gem. The staff in the back and front of the restaurant are Italian (from Italy) and they make delicious food. Choose any of their homemade pasta and you will be instantly transported to Italy. Marco and Nico made us feel at home and in good hands. The lasagne and gnocchi were among the best I’ve had as was the tiramisu. Come for the pasta, stay for the tiramisu! Grazie Marco and Nico for the food, drinks and top service.

They will bring everything out to your chairs and even help you rearrange furniture so you can avoid getting sunburned! The staff were really friendly and hospitable. So glad we chose Del Mar Cafe for our beach day!

Risottos were excellent, cheese plate with little toasted crisps was wonderful, sandwiches and bruschetta were amazing... service was outstanding! We had a lot of fun and laughs (c'e una banca qui vicino??). Check them out, especially when you want a break from Greek fare. Thanks Marco!!

Del Mar Cafe doesn't have as many beach chairs and umbrellas as some of the other businesses which we liked because of the fast, one-on-one service! I ran in to grab water and ended up having a lovely conversation with the owner. It's just a reflection of how kind and welcoming they are!

The owners and chef are very sweet and make you feel at home. They have great sun beds too! Everything was delicious and fresh. The tiramisu was so fluffy but at the same time creamy. The oil used for the caprese salad was a very nice peppery oil and the cheese was smooth. Very generous portions at a fair price. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Even the yogurt I had for breakfast was delicious and the honey was special too. I remember wanting to ask where the honey and olive oil were from to add to my own kitchen at home. I would without a doubt recommend this place to everyone staying in Agios. Thank you for taking care of me!
S	Sue Vogt-Skard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely Italian restaurant run by Italians who are super friendly and provide a great atmosphere. Numerous customers in here were clearly returnees. We were a party of 5 and had really good fresh food. The Lasagne was delicious and huge. Mushroom risotto and grilled Octopus were great. I had a margarita pizza - the pizza base was marked as being a frozen base on the menu and that’s what it was - your typical frozen base. The topping was lovely but the frozen base did spoil the experience. We saws others eating some very nice looking fresh pasta dishes. Aperol Spritz and Long Island Ice Tea were perfect made and also the restaurant gave us complimentary bruschetta to start which was delicious. Very reasonable and a really lovely lovely place. Plenty of seating and restaurant has their own sun beds on the beach.

Would gladly return. Update - we returned for dinner and had the best risotto I've ever had in Italy, Greece, or the US. The care and attention put into the food was noticeable, and Angela and Marco shared their story and made this experience one of the most memorable on our entire trip!
