A	Angela V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραία ποικιλία προϊόντων αλλά πρώτη φορά συνάντησα κατάστημα το οποίο παρουσιάζει άλλες τιμές στο φυσικό του χώρο και άλλες στην ιστοσελίδα του. Μετά από αγορά μου, την ίδια ημέρα μπηκα και εντόπισα το προϊόν μου σε τιμή πολύ χαμηλότερη από αυτήν που το αγόρασα. Όταν πήγα από κοντά να διευθετήσω το ζήτημα μου μίλησαν για λάθος της ιστοσελίδας και προχώρησαν στο να αλλάξουν την τιμή στον ιντερνετικό τους τιμοκατάλογο ώστε να ταιριάζει με αυτήν στην οποία το αγόρασα. Αργότερα την ίδια εβδομάδα βλέπω ξανά πως η τιμή στο Ίντερνετ έχει αλλάξει. Απευθυνόμενη στο κατάστημα: φυσικά και δεν θα μπω στον κόπο να ξανά επικοινωνήσω μαζί σας (ούτε φυσικά και να ψωνίσω) καθώς ξεκάθαρα έχω εξαπατηθεί. Απευθυνόμενη στον κόσμο: αυτή είναι απλώς η προσωπική μου εμπειρία και έχω ενημερωθεί πως η συγκεκριμένη τακτική που περιέγραψα είναι παράνομη και μπορεί οποίος βιώσει κάτι ανάλογο από οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα να απευθυνθεί στην προστασία του καταναλωτή. Τέλος, είναι η πρώτη φορά που γράφω κριτική για κάποιον χώρο και θα ήθελα να σημειώσω πως έφτασα σε αυτό το σημείο μετά από 2 τηλέφωνα και μια επίσκεψη στο μαγαζί σε όλα εκ των οποίων ήμουν ευγενέστατη και είχα όλη την καλή διάθεση να αντιμετωπίσω το θέμα ως ένα απλό λάθος. Nice variety of products but for the first time I came across a store that presents other prices in its physical space and others on its website. After my purchase, the same day I went in and found my product at a much lower price than the one I bought. When I went to settle my issue they talked about a mistake on the website and proceeded to change the price in their online price list to match the one in which I bought it. Later that week I saw again that the price on the Internet has changed. Addressed to the store: of course and I will not bother to contact you again (nor of course to shop) as I have clearly been deceived. Addressed to the world: this is just my personal experience and I have been informed that the specific tactic I have described is illegal and anyone who experiences something similar from any store can turn to consumer protection. Finally, this is the first time I am writing a review for a site and I would like to note that I arrived at this point after 2 phone calls and a visit to the store in all of which I was very polite and in a good mood to address the issue as a simple mistake.
