You will find anything from laptops, cameras, headphones, TVs to school and office supplies. There is always someone to help you, even if the place is busy. Also reasonable prices. Don't forget to grab their leaflet on your way out so that you can keep up with the discounts. The yearly wall calendar they make is worth mentioning. Keep up the good work. A

Nobody ever assist me properly. (I had been there more than five times).They do not know the products, they do not make the effort to check for any stock, they do not offer help , not even when you need it. Polite behaviour but this is not enough to offset the poor service.

The whole experience I had was surprisingly good and worthy of a review. I arrived with a small scooter, there was a place to lock it outside, when I entered the security personnel at the door asked me if he could guide me in the store of what I was after ( what?! nice!) then he knew what I needed and pointed where I will find it, then a second later he saw a store assistant, called her over and told her what I needed. At this point I wasn't sure why there was so good quality of service as I am new to such behavior in Thessaloniki. The assistant arrived, Eleni . She was very helpful, showed me my options, explained everything to me and found out what would be the best deal for my needs. I got what I needed, went to the till and after paying, the till lady, the store assistant and the security personnel on the door all said bye to me and they seemed genuinely happy that I found what I needed. I don't know what else to say about my experience but it was surprisingly pleasant. Not that all these is required but that's what happened. Instead of other places, patiently waiting for help, which will only get you an answer of if the product you are after might exist at a corner of the store where you have to go look yourself and figure out the differences between brands and models.

I haven’t experienced worse services and I have heavily regretted choosing plaisio for my purchase. First and last time. Liars, unreliable and unprofessional. Definitely not recommended. Choose Kotsovolos instead.
