επισης ο "πορτιερης" με ρωταει πώς να με εξυπηρετησει χωρις να σκαναρει πρωτα το πιστοποιητικο, σκαναρε πρωτα και μετα ρωτας

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute selection of gifts for home, bath & kitchen. It's great that you are able to test most things in the shop, including liquors.
However, the staff seemed a little annoyed that I was buying as many things as I was in their shop. They only bubble-wrapped the first items I'd selected, and I had to more proactively prompt for testers after a while (on simple things like scented lotions - I was clearly not trying to get drunk from free liquor samples!).
What lowers my rating the most is their failure to provide tax-free paperwork, which they advertise on signs in their shop.
One of the workers packed and printed the receipt for things before I was done shopping. Then, when I asked for the Global Blue paperwork, she was either unwilling or unable to re-print the receipts for this. She said I should I have told her at the beginning that I wanted the tax refund - but at that point, I had not actually committed to the purchase.... Maybe a misunderstanding, but in other shops with a tax rebate programme that I've shopped at, this has never been a problem - and the staff usually prompt you when you are making a purchase over the minimum (€50 here). I spent €130 at this store, so the 24% sales tax rate is a significant cost!
