★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the Elafonissi express bus service offered by Diana's Travel. The trip is exactly as described and is best for those who want to take away the task of hiring a car and driving themselves. The main negative is the trip is that it is not very 'express'. The bus we got picked up in stopped at Kissamos port which is a little out of the way to drop off part of the group for a Balos beach tour. The same happened on the return trip where we had to wait 30 minutes for the Balos trip to return from the ferry they were on before departing. It took approximately 3 hours to return to our start point. I could not see this detour in the day itinerary online and we were not informed by Diana's travel that we would stop at Kissamos. Also, the air conditioning was on sporactiaclly throughout the return journey which did not provide for a pleasant trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service. Diana and her front desk employees were extremely nice to my family and helped us book two jaw-dropping trips, one to Balos beach and one to Elafonissi beach. They are prompt in responding via email and are also available by phone or in person. I would highly recommend booking these trips through her agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our recent visit to Chania we booked the Knossos and Museum Tour with English guide through Diana's. Arrangements we're easily made through their website. The pickup up point was conveniently located to our hotel near the harbor and the bus was prompt. On the way to Heraklion the bus stopped for snack and bathroom break in Rethymno. It guide for the day was, Stella. She was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Despite being busy, Stella did an excellent job navigating the group around the site. The tour doesn't use a voice amplification system so stay close to the guide to hear all the details of what you're seeing. After Knossos, we went to the museum where Stella covered all the highlights in about one hour. We then had 90 minutes on our own to continue in the museum or have lunch. On the drive back we stopped near the old town area of Rethymno. This stop lasted an hour which allowed for a quick meal or brief exploration. The remainder of the drive was restful and the bus driver was very accommodating to deliver passengers as close to their accomdations as possible. Excellent tour!
