Their communication via email was excellent and I felt confident from the outset that things would go smoothly with this company. They certainly didn't disappoint. Even though our flight was delayed our driver was there to meet us at arrivals and he helped us with the heaviest of our luggage. The transfer car was immaculate and our drive to Elounda was pleasurable and safe. Our driver was charming and when we struggled to find our villa he did an excellent job of navigating some very tight back streets. The pick up was punctual and again very polite. I would definitely use Crete Lux again. After a stressful early start to the day, followed by hideous airline delays it was lovely to be greeted by a company where the customer is made to feel valued. Top marks

As soon as we walked into the arrivals hall it was easy to spot the driver as he was holding a sign with my name on it. The vehicle was very comfortable and had air conditioning and music was kept to a low volume. The driver was polite and efficient and during the drive pointed out some places of interest. Overall the transfer was a pleasant experience and I would definitely use Crete Lux Travel again.

The service is first class, very friendly, polite and helpful drivers, very comfortable and spectacularly clean transport. Very clear communication and nothing is any trouble for them. Have child seat available and I felt very assured that my daughter was perfectly safe. I highly recommend this service and will definitely being using for our next visit to Chania Crete. They gave great recommendations on where to go on the island as well! The return trip was discounted and they were very accommodating on some changes that had to be made, and even came early to pick us up. We all felt very safe and happy during our trip thanks to this company!

We booked Crete Lux Travel for our arrival trip from the airport to our hotel and for our return also, everything was perfect. Our driver was so friendly and upon arrival he also gave us a bottle of water each, which was so needed after the long flight! Not to mention a great price too, I’d absolutely recommend!

They emailed us to say they would arrive at the hotel 10 minutes earlier due to traffic congestion and a further email to say he was waiting outside. Both drivers gave information on our surroundings and both cars were clean and extremely comfortable. Excellent price and would definitely recommend.

We booked a return transfer,the drivers were friendly and helped with our bags and on our arrival we were given a cold bottle of water which was very welcomed. We had been delayed by 3 hours but our driver was there to pick us up. Vehicles were clean. I would highly recommend this company for your airport transfers. Perfect service!

Was waiting for us at the airport, my partner and son were thirsty they supplied us with water at no extra charge. During our stay they looked after us and a big group of friends taking us from our resort to a remote location and did many journeys. All of our friends commended at how professional they were and attention to detail. The vehicles are all fitted with AC and they constantly ask if everyone is okay within the vehicles. Comfort was amazing would definitely recommend to anyone to use this company. Thanks again.
