★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came upon this website randomly and when they asked for a deposit via bank transfer to hold the villa I was interested in, I was a bit hesitant since
I didn't know anything about the company. However, based on other google reviews, I booked and everything was fine. They are a professional and responsive travel agency. They had a really nice selection of villas in Crete, Greece and gave suggestions within my budget and based on my location requests. No complaints! I plan on using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE travelers . These people are heartless scammers. Due to a family tragedy we cancelled our booking almost SIX months in advance. SIX MONTHS. They flat out refuse to give us our money back. We paid for HALF of the stay in advance . They have taken NO LOSS from our cancellation as it’s six months in advance and they have already re booked the property. Very bad immoral people. Working with my bank right now to intervene on my behalf, which I’m confident will happen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we had a great time, a fantastic villa and a more than friendly and helpful host Effie! She was very helpful, super friendly and kind, everything we would fish for was done perfectly. The villa was super clean, all the things someone can wish for were there.
Unfortunately the water in the pool was still very cold, but ofcourse we were very early in season so nothing could be done about that, our bad luck.
The people on Crete were super friendly, the surroundings in the area are beautiful. We rented a car and visited lots of small places and beautiful beaches.
We had an amazing time, thanks to uniquevilla, thanks to Effe, thanks to Iskios Villa 2 in Chania!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked through this agency for our family of 4 on Crete. The villa was excellent, with great support from the villa owners. We didn't have much contact with the agency except to confirm our booking and provide check-in instructions. We were a little hesitant to book when asked for a large deposit by cash transfer and almost did not book. However, we went ahead and everything was smooth and we had an excellent stay. Suggestion to the agency -please consider accepting deposits by credit card as we almost didn't book with you due to your deposit policy. This would have been a shame for the owners you represent!
