E	Ele Nasini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato questo appartamento perché in booking era ben recensito.... Noooooo...il complesso si sviluppa in due blocchi..il primo è anche abbastanza curato. Il.secondo, dove eravamo alloggiati noi...in costruzione...???.. attrezzi da lavoro ovunque.... il.nostro appartamento...l unica cosa positiva la metratura e il fatto che la cucina è ben attrezzata. Per il resto... distacca la scarsa pulizia... le pulizie giornaliere assenti... in 3 notti non sono mai entrati a fare le pulizie ne a cambiare gli asciugamani....e nell appartamento non c è lavatrice.... lo " stendino" è un filo arrugginito intorno al corrimano del balcone...sporco...e senza mollette... se anche volessi pulire tu...non puoi... l l'appartamento non ha ne scopa ne straccio dei pavimenti ..niente...e la proprietaria che vive nel complesso....che ti controlla se hai spento o no il boiler dell acqua calda...perché secondo lei bisogna spegnerlo.. E riaccenderlo quando devi farti la.doccia..assurdo... non lo consiglio. I booked this apartment because in booking it was well reviewed .... Noooooo ... the complex is developed in two blocks..the first one is also quite nice. Il.secondo, where we were staying ... under construction ... ??? .. work tools everywhere .... our apartment ... the only positive thing is the square footage and the fact that the kitchen is well equipped. For the rest ... detaches the poor cleanliness ... absent daily cleaning ... in 3 nights I have never entered to do the cleaning or change the towels .... and in the apartment there is no washing machine ... ... the "drying rack" is a rusted wire around the balcony handrail ... dirty ... and without clothespins ... even if you wanted to clean you ... you can't ... l the apartment has no mop or mop of the floors .. nothing ... and the owner who lives in the complex ... that checks you if you have turned off the hot water heater or not ... because in your opinion you have to turn it off .. And turn it back on when you have to get the shower ... absurd ... I don't recommend it.
A	A. Nalets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου καθαρό! Χαλασμενες βρύσες. Λιγοτερα κλινοσκεπάσματα απο οσα χρειαζομασταν! Και μια κατσαρίδα που κηνυγούσα ολο το βράδυ! Not at all clean! Damaged taps. Less bedding than what we needed! And a cockroach I hung up all night!
F	Fotis Tsopelas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κυρία Δήμητρα είναι πολύ φιλόξενη και φιλική. Το μέρος είναι ήσυχο και μόλις 100 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα. Το κέντρο της Σητείας είναι προσβασιμο και με τα πόδια. Το parking έξω από το κατάλυμα ήταν εύκολο. Mrs. Dimitra is very hospitable and friendly. The place is quiet and just 100 meters from the sea. The center of Sitia is also accessible by foot. The parking outside the accommodation was easy.

Nous avons été accueillis par notre hôte de façon très agréable comme savent le faire les Crétois ce qui rajoute à notre satisfaction. Close enough to the center of Sitia, 100m from a magnificent beach, the accommodation is almost new, full services and all for a really good price. We were greeted by our host in a very pleasant way, as the Cretans know how to do, which adds to our satisfaction.

Η κυρία Δήμητρα είναι γλυκύτατη και σε υποδέχεται πάντα με χαμόγελο..Σας το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. Quiet, beautiful and clean rooms with nice decoration, comfort and good hospitality..All rooms have sea views and space for ample parking. Mrs. Dimitra is very sweet and always welcomes you with a smile..I highly recommend it ..
Γ	ΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ ΑΝΤΩΝΑΚΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παλιά δωμάτια μύριζαν ο χώρος δεν ήταν καθαρός στις παροχές έγραφε τηλεόραση...δεν υπήρχε ο κήπος σε κακό χάλι τα κρεβάτια απαράδεκτα στο ψυγείο έπεφταν τα ράφια.... Α	ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΑ ΠΑΓΙΑΥΛΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραία διαμερίσματα εγώ έμεινα για ένα βράδυ και το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσε μέσα ήταν καθαρό αλλά απέξω πολύ βρώμικο τα μπαλκόνια τα κάγκελα δεν μπορούσες να ακουμπήσει τίποτα και χωρίς συντήρηση το εσωτερικό.
