Κλασική περίπτωση "βλέπουμε τον πελάτη σαν πορτοφόλι" Καθαρά και ωραία δωμάτια αλλά δεν μπορεί να τα έχεις πανάκριβα ίδια τιμή με του ξενοδοχείου και να μην έχεις 2 μπουκαλάκια (50 σεντ το ένα) νερό να υποδεχτείς τον άλλον που έρχεται από ταξίδι. Πολυ φασαρία από τους ιδιοκτήτες αφου δεν διστάζουν να ουρλιάζουν στον διάδρομο. Η ιδιοκτήτρια μας ξεκαθάρισε ότι δεν θα πληρώσουμε με κάρτα και φυσικά απόδειξη ουτε για αστείο!!! Το καζανάκι του μπάνιου έτρεχε όλο το βράδυ πολυ ρομαντικό... Αν το δωμάτιο είχε 40 θα σου έλεγα οκ όταν όμως έχει 70 θα σου πω μην κάνεις το λάθος πήγαινε σε ξενοδοχείο να έχεις τον καφέ σου το αφρόλουτρο σου την ησυχία σου

A wonderful family run business that makes your stay so welcome. Mr Sotiris and his wife Axia made us feel so welcome and at home. Every morning we would sit down and have coffee and talk. Even though there was a language barrier, an understanding was achieved. Mr Sotiris would bring us fresh fruit, eggs and even wine from his home. Always happy to help with information on the local area and the island, nothing was ever to much bother. The room we had on the ground floor had a lovely view of the island Ithika, was very comfortable and very clean, as was the building and grounds. I would thoroughly recommend Dimitris Studios and would not hesitate on booking another stay on our return to Kefalonia .

A nice place to stay at the island, but doesn't worth the price.

One star for Kefalonia is a must, but that's it. Location is near the main road - too loud (Tourists Buses - Cars, Quadrocycles especially loud). Room Service women are coming early morning and you waking up from their loud conversations. If its realy important for you to have a room with sea view, there only 2 of them. The rooms self are ok.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!! We booked this small self catering accommodation in January 2017, leaving a substantial deposit, and should have been staying for 11 nights at the end of August/ beginning of September. This would be our first time at this accommodation but not Karavomylos. When we arrived there was nobody there to greet us even though we had previously agreed a time with the owner. Eventually, the owners' father arrived and told us that the room (high floor, full sea view) was occupied and showed us into a ground floor room with the view of a wall for the first night. He told us that we could move into another ground floor room the following day and even though this room was occupied, he showed us the room claiming a sea view. The actual view was of a huge olive tree which almost completely blocked the sea view from this and the room next door, which he again showed us even though this was also occupied. When we showed him the emails confirming an upper floor and full sea view he became quite nasty and repeated that those rooms were full. Clearly upset and shocked at this behavior and duplicity, never before experienced in Kefalonia in nearly in over 30 holidays, he eventually took cash from his wallet and threw it at us after trying to cheat us out of 50% of our deposit. Frustrated and devastated, we were left with no choice but to leave to find somewhere else to stay (by now it was 6.30pm) for 11 nights. In addition, the reception area was very untidy and not very clean. Please think twice before booking this accommodation....you may be just as disappointed as we were.
