I found the breakfast and dinner (I had half board) well balanced with adequate selections of foods and great quality. The three pools was ok although only 1.4m deep. Olympos mountain was very attractive to the lovers of the nature. Is near and you can enjoy it especially Orlias steam (waterfalls), go to see them. Not all hotel areas are clean. The free Wi-Fi wasn't usable to my room (most of the time), it was ok in other areas. I found it (little ?) overpriced. You have to pay for the drink even when the free hotel entertainment takes place (usually the evening / night at the main area in front of the central bar) The near hotel surrounding area was nothing special.

We are primarily very satisfied with the cleanliness in the rooms and in the hotel itself. The entire staff was very cordial and kind. The food was great and varied. The pools were clean and every night robots cleaned the water. We also celebrated our daughter's second birthday there, where the entire staff and especially the general manager Vassalos Manolis made an effort to make our birthday fantastic. Great compliments and see you again

Why I'm giving 3 stars. - Toilet was moving - it has the feel that will crash any moment. - The private pool was cold - even with 30C outside . - definitely not 5 stars hotel. - not sprayed for bugs and mosquitos. - significant noise from the highway and nearby train. - the bed was not very comfortable. It's good for old people.

Great service, cleanliness, and staff curtesy are impeccable as they will go out of their way to make sure the guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The property is vast, with multiple swimming pools to choose from, if you are not in the mood for the hotel beach , which is awesome by the way. If you are after luxourious tranquillity this Dion Palace Hotel will spoil you
P	Petra Deviana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was so pretty. And dont get me started talkin about the food! We spent a week there and the dinner buffet never failed us! I got 3kg of body weight during my stay but i dont feel sorry at all.. those foods were worth it! Oh and the staffs were super friendly and very attentive about ur needs. Me and my boyfriend celebrated our birthday during our stay and the hotel staff gave us complimentary champagne! Very thoughtful. Definetely will stay there again if we ever visit Greece again
Y	Yan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid the kids club! I leave 2 kids 3y and 6y to the kids club and asked the lady that I could leave and then pick up them later. Just 10mins when I arrive in room, the 2 small kids came back alone!!!!!!! The room is far from kids club with 2 pools on the way!!! Is incredible someone could allow 2 small kids walk by themselves from kids club to find their mom!?! How about they fell in the pool by accident? Or if I’m not in the room!?! UNACCEPTABLE!

(burger, pizza are horrible) A la carte menu is not available when raining so you'll need to have a car and go elsewhere for lunch, otherwise you'll need to eat bar food. Inner pool is not heated as it should, and the kids are not allowed to the inner pool, so if it is raining, your kids don't have too many things to do inside the hotel. The beach is not so sandy like in the photos, so you will have difficulties to have a sea bath, as there are plenty of rocks.
