άρπαξαν τα χαρτια από τα χερια μας, δεν ακουν οταν τους μιλάς και μαλιστα ο "υπυθυνος"ενας ΑΛΛΟΔΑΠΟΣ!!!!!!! που δεν καταλαβαινε καν ελληνικά!!!!!!!εισαστε σοβαροι?
ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ συμπεριφορά....και αυτούς τους πληρώνουμε ΕΜΕΙΣ!!!!!!!!!
the worst !!!!! they came home for the certification and they "play" it and guys .....
they snatched the papers from our hands, they do not listen when you speak to them and in fact the "responsible" is a FOREIGNER !!!!!!! who did not even understand Greek !!!!!!! are you serious?
UNACCEPTABLE behavior .... and we pay them !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συγχαρητήρια για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και το ευγενικό προσωπικό! Πήγα για κατάθεση αίτησης και δικαιολογητικών για συγγενικό μου πρόσωπο και είχα τελειώσει την υποβολή σε δέκα λεπτά! Πολύ βοηθητικό το σύστημα τών ηλεκτρονικών ραντεβού, που σε συνδυασμό με το αποτελεσματικό προσωπικό πραγματικά εξοικονομεί τεράστιο χρόνο.
Congratulations on the prompt service and kind staff! I went to submit an application and supporting documents for a relative and I had finished the submission in ten minutes! The system of electronic appointments is very helpful, which in combination with the efficient staff really saves a lot of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθώ τηλεφωνικά εδώ και μέρες να επικοινωνήσω μαζί σας αλλά είναι αδύνατον δεν το σηκώνει κανείς όλες τις ώρες και όλες της ημέρες της εβδομάδος, δεν υπάρχει και Email για να στείλω αλλά και πάλι αμφιβάλω αν θα απαντήσουν. Κακώς που δεν υπάρχει και πολύ αρνητική αξιολόγηση.
I have been trying to contact you by phone for days but it is impossible no one picks it up all hours and all days of the week, there is no Email to send but I still doubt if they will answer. It is a pity that there is not a very negative evaluation.
