★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merci à Thémis pour son accueil, malgré un retard avec notre vol , tout à été fait pour que notre arrivée tardive (après 22h00) ce passe pour le mieux , la suite et la décoration sont superbe , le petit-déjeuner excellent est servi à l’heure que vous souhaitez directement en chambre. La cerise sur le gâteau le jacuzzi avec vue sur la mer . Une adresse à recommander, nous reviendrons !
 Thank you to Thémis for his welcome, despite a delay with our flight, everything was done to make our late arrival (after 10 p.m.) for the best, the suite and the decoration are superb, the excellent breakfast is served at the hotel. hour you want directly in your room. The icing on the cake is the jacuzzi with sea view. An address to recommend, we will come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a company in the customer service industry, I cannot believe I am going through this. Given the current circumstances all over the world and the travel ban to Europe, this hotel will not honor a refund waiver, even though all other hotels I booked with gave me a refund. I feel like they would rather me fly their and get the virus all while staying at their hotel. And putting them, myself and all other guests at risk. To them, the amount of money we spent on this room is nothing but to us regular people it is a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is very nice, cozy and well designed. Also very well located, just in front of the bus stop and several amenities.
Comfy bed, nice shower, nice TV.
Breakfast is nice - would have preferred to be able to tell in advance our preferences.
Pool is really nice, but unfortunately was not very clean, and employees won't clean it if you're not there when they knock at the door.
Very important: NOT caldera view - view is still nice, but that's not the same, and the advertising is misleading on this.
Last remark: on arrival, no indications from the hotel or particular sign to locate the studio - I'd advise to call the hotel directly if lost.
