The suites are luxurious in a unique way and provide astonishing view af the caldera and the village . The internal decoration is relaxing , minimal with a cycladic feeling ... Beds really comfortable. Reception and the team of the hotel is very well organized and willing to help at any circumstance needed. Breakfast is up to you to decide between a lot and tasty options .Even the dishes of the restaurant are really delicious at very logical prices. The team cleaned the jacuzzi and the room every day ... Thank you for the hospitality... hope to be back ...

The rooms are beautiful, very clean and fully equipped. However the service is what sets this place apart! They have a way of making every guest feel like they’re the only ones there! They catered not only to your every need but also to your every wish and they do it in such a joyful way that you feel they’re actually your friends and not people that simply work there. This shows that they love what they do and take pride in their work- for us that’s what deserves a 5 star rating even more than the place!

All staff members were so helpful and nice: they gave us the best recommendations for the island . Room had an incredible view and it was super clean . Breakfast was outstanding. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful with all of our requests. The breakfast and room service were just like at a 5 star hotel. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Location and view of sunset is phenomenal. Also our plunge pool was semi-inside which gave us privacy and amazing views of the sea/sunset. Highly recommend.

The staff were always friendly and very on top of everything! Breakfast served every morning at the timing of your choice, room cleaned daily and someone to answer all your questions/concerns at all times. I never had any difficulties. Especially with Liz, the manager. She was the most involved and caring person. Took care of our needs, bookings, taxi request and offered some great suggestions. She was always so attentive and accommodating. She made us feel like we had a friend while there! and because of her, I would book the same hotel over and over again. I do hope I can make it there again in the future. Absolutely such an experience!
