Εχω δοκιμάσει διάφορες διατροφές μεσα στα χρόνια αλλα με την Βαλεντίνα όλα βγήκαν αβίαστα , σταθερά και αποτελεσματικά . Αισθάνομαι καλύτερα ,πιο σίγουρη γιατι ξέρω οτι συνεργάζομαι με επαγγελματίες .

Έχω ταλαιπωρηθεί από μικρό παιδί με το βαρος μου, δοκιμαζοντας κάθε μορφή και τύπο διατροφησ/δίαιτας και για εμένα η εμπειρία υπήρξε αποκάλυψη. Έχω καταφέρει να χάσω 15 κιλά σε 7 μήνες χωρίς συγκεκριμένο πρόγραμμα διατροφής και το σημαντικότερο έχω καταφέρει να βρω τον εαυτό μου και να συνειδητοποιήσω τι έκανα λάθος τόσα χρόνια.. Το λάθος δεν ήταν ΤΙ έτρωγα αλλά ο τρόπος που σκεφτόμουν, ότι δεν άκουγα το σώμα μου και δεν πίστευα στον εαυτό μου. Βαλεντινη, σε ευχαριστώ για όλα! Αξίζεις 10 αστέρια ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ δυστυχώς η εφαρμογή έχει μόνο 5..
I am very grateful that Valentine came into my life. I have suffered from a small child with my weight, trying every form and type of diet / diet and for me the experience was a revelation. I have managed to lose 15 kilos in 7 months without a specific diet plan and most importantly I have managed to find myself and realize what I did wrong for so many years ..
