★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εταιρεία είναι απαράδεκτη σε ότι αφορά τους όρους επιστροφής των προϊόντων ( μου έστειλαν εμφανώς εκθεσιακό προϊόν και πρέπει για να το επιστρέψω να πληρώσω τα έξοδα επιστροφής, είτε κάνω αλλαγή είτε ζητήσω επιστροφή χρημάτων). Εκτός αυτού, προσπαθούσαν να με πείσουν ότι το προϊόν είναι σε άριστη κατάσταση ενώ έλειπαν θυλάκια από τα λουριά της πλάτης.
The company is unacceptable in terms of product refunds (they obviously sent me an exhibition product and in order to return it I have to pay the return costs, whether I make a change or request a refund). Besides, they were trying to convince me that the product is in excellent condition while pockets were missing from the back straps.

Τηλεφώνησα να αλλάξω την παραγγελία μου αφού συμβουλευτηκα τους κανόνες επιστροφής και αλλαγής, άδικα φυσικά μιας και δεν ισχύουν ,παρόλα αυτά λέω δώσε μια ευκαιρία και ζητάω αντικατάσταση, στέλνω τα προιόντα με δικά μου έξοδα και από τότε σύνδεση με Κάιρο μιας και δεν απαντούν καν στο τηλέφωνο όχι να μπουν στην διαδικασία να με ενημερώσουν με οποιοδήποτε τρόπο. Απαράδεκτοι απλά
I bought from the online shop of the store two one-piece shorts which I had seen in a store in the center and I liked. When they came I felt like I got them from ebay. I called to change my order after consulting the return and change rules, unfairly of course since they do not apply, however I say give it a try and ask for a replacement, I send the products at my own expense and since then connect to Cairo since they do not even answer phone not to get into the process of informing me in any way. Simply unacceptable
