★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά ένιωσα την ανάγκη να μοιραστώ δημοσίως μια εμπειρία απίστευτη . Αντιμετωπίζοντας ένα ξαφνικό σοβαρό πρόβλημα υγείας έπρεπε άμεσα να πραγματοποιήσω μια σειρά εξετάσεων . Μου προτάθηκε το συγκεκριμένο πολυιατρείο και επικοινώνησα για να κλείσω ραντεβού . Ενημερώνοντας τους για το θέμα μου μου έκανε εντύπωση η αμεσότητα τους για τον προγραμματισμό των εξετάσεων μου. Την επόμενη μέρα κιόλας ήρθα και πραγματικά ο τρόπος που με αντιμετώπισαν τόσο ιατρικά όσο όμως και σαν άνθρωπο ήταν πραγματικά απίστευτος . Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστω τόσο στους ιατρούς όσο και στο νοσηλευτικό προσωπικό για το ότι ανθρώπους με σοβαρά προβλήματα τους κάνουν να φεύγουν με ένα χαμόγελο και μια μεγάλη ελπίδα αισιοδοξεί ας …!!!! Μπράβο σας!!! Συγχαρητήρια !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking. I had a covid test monday at medi family explaining I needed the result within 24 hours as I was travelling to italy where a result was necessary. Medi family assured me the result would be emailed. I was not able to travel wasting 250euros because not only did they fail to email the result but when I telephoned they said the office was closed. I explained it was urgent and they promised to email yesterday evening, but nothing.
