★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the time I visit this hotel ! It’s very decent clean with friendly stuff willing to assist you in any way! COVID precautions strictly followed ! When I come back in Istanbul for business I will stay here as well !
It’s very close to big markets and takin square !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely organised and professional hotel. Wanted to publicly congratulate them for being one of the few pet friendly hotels in Greece. This, in addition to all the benefits of the resort (location, breakfast, cleanliness, price) will definitely make us long-time visitors.
The only improvement I can thing of, is the addition of shampoo etc. in the room's bathrooms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a family executive suite which claimed amenities such as Mountain View, porch, garden - in the end we were placed in a smaller space which wasn’t as originally shown and had a view of the garage. Misleading and disappointed. Staff gave us a small discount from the “goodness of their hearts” - but they should take efforts to be more transparent on their booking details.
Very good breakfast.
Needs renovation. see picture for the shower head, it doesn’t reach the hook…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is nice,polite, a large selection for breakfast..The location is very good. I was impressed with WiFi, 5G, 600mbps download!!! A big plus they accept pets!! I would consider it as 3*plus, because of the room's outdated set up, which doesn't compromise the price 130.00eur/night..It needs to be renovated..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had a one nighter with a group tour I must say it would be a place that I would highly recommend the room we had had a loft with another bedroom in it large beautiful view great patio ( no body cream but shampoo shower cap and body gel) the breakfast was perfect for me they had rice cakes peanut butter almond milk first time since I’ve been in Greece that was on the breakfast menu!! if you’re in this area and you need a place to stay Ifyou’re skiing or traveling I would highly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services regarding the clearness. The towels were dirty at the first night. The staff’s answer was that due to Covid 19 restrictions of early check in and check out they don’t have time to check the towel. Such a pity for such a great place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money in Arachova. Spacious room, great view, big breakfast, beautiful heated pool open till 21:00 perfect for after ski. Gym needs improvent and sauna is extra charge. Pets allowed. Its not a fancy hotel but you get excellent value for your money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are nice, the location is conveniently located. The indoor pool could be nice but it needs some work. The water smells weird and feels sticky. The gym is.....eh...3 machines. The breakfast is limited but delicious! The views are amazing
