★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort was amazing. The room so spacious and comfortable with amazing views of Arachova. All services (spa, sauna, jacuzzi) were excellent and relaxing. The breakfast was very delicious with large variety and you need to enjoy a glass of wine at the fireplace of the lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we booked a suite with a hotel view and what we received was a room with a parking view!! We paid 400€ per night and we couldn’t open our curtains!!! We felt we were in jail ! Even when we tried to open the window , we saw people parking their car and walking to the entrance of the hotel!! No privacy! No hotel view!! Girl at the reception arrogant and unhelpful! We asked when we checked in to change the room because wasn’t what we had booked and we didn’t receive any answer! The next day I went to the reception and ask her why we didn’t have any answer, and the reply that she finished her shift! Of course you finished your shift, but in a 5 stars hotel you can inform your college to gave us a reply!! The room decoration was for a 3 stars hotel!
