★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το θεωρώ απαράδεκτο για τους παρακάτω λόγους :
1. Το πήγα για μία απλή αλλαγή λαδιών και να μου φτιάξουν τον δείκτη βενζίνης (διότι όταν το φούλαρα δεν μου έδειχνε σωστά). Μου είπαν ότι θέλει αλλαγή φλοτέρ, το πλήρωσα, και να το ξαναφέρω σε 2-3 μέρες όπου θα έχουν το ανταλλακτικό. Το πάω λοιπόν να μου αλλάξουν το φλοτέρ, μετά από 2 ώρες πάω να πάρω το αμάξι και μου λένε ότι είναι οκ - το δοκίμασαν και είναι εντάξει, πάω να το φουλάρω βενζίνη και πάλι η ένδειξη του οργάνου δεν αντιστοιχούσε. Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι μάλλον είναι το όργανο. Δηλαδή πλήρωσα τζάμπα το φλοτέρ, έχασα μία μέρα τζάμπα και τώρα θα πρέπει να το ξαναπάω να πληρώσω και το κοντέρ -ενώ το είχαν τσεκάρει και μου είπαν ότι τώρα δουλεύει (με την αλλαγή του φλοτέρ)!
2. Πλήρωσα κανονικά (μετρητά) και απόδειξη δεν πήρα ποτέ, λες και έπρεπε να του πω ή να τον παρακαλέσω για να μου κόψει. Τον ρώτησα τι χρωστάω, μου είπε το ποσό και τον πλήρωσα, ούτε παζάρια έκανα ούτε κλάφτηκα. ΦΟΡΟΔΙΑΦΥΓΉ ΣΤΟ ΜΕΓΑΛΕΊΟ ΤΗΣ, μετά αναρωτιόμαστε γιατί η χώρα πάει κατά διαόλου.
3. Του ζήτησα να μου φτιάξει ένα βιβλίο σέρβις για να ξέρω τι κάνουμε κάθε φορά, και μου απάντησε ότι δεν έχει τέτοιο πράγμα....
Φυσικά και δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπάω, πλήρωσα 100€ για το φλοτέρ τζάμπα.
I find this unacceptable for the following reasons:
1. I went for a simple oil change and made my gasoline marker (because when the scarf wasn't showing me right). I was told he wants a change of flotation, I paid for it, and to return it in 2-3 days where they will have the spare. So I'm going to change my lane, after 2 hours I'm going to get the car and they tell me it's ok - they've tried it and it's okay, I'm going to fill it with petrol, and again the instrument indicator didn't match. I called them and they told me it was probably the instrument. That is, I paid for the jumper, I lost a jumper one day and now I have to pay for it again and the counter - I had it checked and I was told it was working now (with the change of the jumper)!
2. I paid (cash) normally and never got a receipt, as if I had to tell him or beg him to cut me off. I asked him what I owed him, he told me the amount and I paid him, neither did I bargain or get stabbed. TAXATION IN ITS GREATEST, then we wonder why the country is going wrong.
3. I asked him to make me a service book so I know what we do every time, and he replied that he didn't have that.
Of course and I'm not going to go back, I paid 100 € for the jumper.
