Most of the clothes they have in the Internet were not in the shop

Sales reps are non existent even when you can see some around. An ok selection of stuff but expensive considering the quality of the clothes. No parking!

Love the "stock" spot, I always find nice bras and clothes for my baby boy. I love the quality and the stuff is very calm and kind.

The selection appeals to somewhat elderly people. The arrangement of items makes it virtually impossible to spot anything interesting. High prices. I consider it for shopping kid clothes during sales season only.

I like this store very much. its spacious and quite. i always have a look at the offers department and have in the past found some very useful items. Very nice environment

Best for bargains in discount periods. Classic is always in fashion.

ABOUT THIS HOP: 1. many clothing items that we could see on the internet are not available in the shop. 2. they are also more expensive as they often sell sets of e.g pyjama bottoms, or tops, as separate items. 3. but the worst thing is the security tag which very often destroys their items by piercing the fabric and creating a hole. the last time i wanted to purchase 4 t-shirts each and every one in the store had a hole when they removed security tags. we checked EVERY SINGLE ONE ! at the end i could not buy any because all of them have been destroyed. mind you, this is happening for years. i cannot understand how is that good for their business ?! if years of destroyed items is not enough for them to understand that they should change something then nothing is. 4. it takes at least 30 minutes of repeating a single simple sentence to some of the personnel over the phone. although they try to help, they seem clueless. some training would help perhaps ? so to conclude i would not recommend this shop to anyone. go to Athens Mall or even better - purchase online. ABOUT M&S IN GENERAL: 1. the sizes are all over the place. you have to try an item every single time, as many times even 2 items in a set (e.g. 2 thermal t-shirts) are not the same size ! so i wear some items in size 6, while some other in size 12 !!! it is how their sizes become inaccurate and unreliable ! 2. the quality has gone downhills and is steadily continuing to do so 3. the prices are going steadily up, which is completely unjustified having in mind that the quality is much lower all in all - M&S is sadly not what it used to be in the past, so i am turning to other brands when i want to buy a quality item.
