★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καταπληκτική ιατρός, με βοήθησε πολύ τόσο για δερματολογικά όσο και για αισθητικά ζητήματα. Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό και τελευταίας γενιάς μηχανήματα. Πολλά μπράβο στην ομάδα!
 Amazing doctor, he helped me a lot for both dermatological and aesthetic issues. Excellent staff and state-of-the-art machinery. Many congratulations to the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν χρειάζονται πολλά λόγια αν είχε παραπάνω αστεράκια θα τα έβαζα!!!!!! Εξαιρετική επιστήμονας άριστη γνώστης του αντικειμένου της σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι σιγουριά. Επίσης και οι κοπέλες στην υποδοχή εξυπηρετικότατες
You do not need many words, if it had more stars I would put them !!!!!! Excellent scientist excellent knowledge of its subject makes you feel confident. Also the girls at the reception were very helpful

Κάλεσα να πάω ως έκτακτο περιστατικό για έγκαυμα που έπαθα κ με άφησαν να περιμένω πάνω από 1 ώρα χωρίς να μπορούν να μου πουν ποτέ ακριβώς θα εξετάστω. Αγενεστατο προσωπικό , αντιεπαγγελματιες κ σίγουρα καμμία σχέση με ιατρείο που σέβεται τον ασθενή κ μπορεί να ξεχωρίσει την ιατρική από την αισθητική ... είναι απλά ένα συνοικιακό Ινστιτούτο αποτρίχωσης και τπτ παραπάνω.. συνοψίζοντας ούτε απ έξω μη περάσετε.
She and her staff are also unacceptable. I called to go as an emergency for a burn I suffered and they let me wait more than 1 hour without being able to tell me exactly when I would be examined. Unruly staff, unprofessional and certainly nothing to do with a doctor's office that respects the patient and can distinguish medicine from aesthetics ... it is simply a neighborhood hair removal institute and so on .. in short, do not go outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked my appointment two weeks before, yet when I arrived I was kept in the waiting room for half an hour. If you are worried about coronavirus this is NOT the dermatologist you should visit. The waiting room was tiny, and we were two people in there, when the receptionist saw I was concerned about this she moved me to a small side room to wait. I told her that during these times doctors were being careful not to overlap their bookings, while she waffled some reply to me from less than a metre away, her mask was covering only her mouth and not her nose.
In the end I could not wait any longer and I walked out of the office (as yet another two people were arriving!!). The funny thing is that the night before the appointment the secretary phoned me to ask what time my appointment was the next day, so I think there had been some mistake with the bookings. But in any case, it makes me concerned about the doctor that does not understand the importance of taking steps to make their office safe from the spread of coronavirus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Dr Ioanna on the basis of a professional recommendation to deal with my rosacea. The flare-up I was experiencing had been depressing me a lot - it was resolved within a month by the treatment Dr Ioanna recommended (IPL, tablets and topical cream). See attached photo. I am a very very happy customer! The clinic stays up-to-date with dermatological practices and technologies which isn’t always the case in Greece. Dr Ioanna also speaks French and English. She has a lovely, caring manner and at no stage did I feel she was trying to sell or upsell things to me that I did not need (not the case at many other cosmetic/dermatologists). I also found her prices to be very good value compared to other places in the northern suburbs.
