★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty impressive and one of the unique alpine lakes(at an altitude of 2200m), accessible by a beautiful hiking path (one and half hour approximately). We met horses which were drinking water during our visit. Beautiful view of the mountain's peak from this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need a 4x4 to get to Smolikas shelter. From there it takes around 1:30 hour to get to the lake. Easy route. It has around 20 minutes of tough road and the rest is just a walk in the mountain. Amazing scenery. Totally worth it.
