★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλείσαμε το διαμέρισμα στον Άλιμο για συγγενείς την ημέρα του γάμου μας επειδή βρίσκεται κοντά μας. Απογοητεύτηκα από την καθαριότητα η οποία κόστιζε επιπλέον 33€. Υπήρχαν ψίχουλα δίπλα από την τοστιέρα, το καζανάκι στο μπάνιο δεν λειτουργούσε, το σφουγγάρι κουζίνας ήταν πολυχρησιμοποιημενο και το τραπέζι της κουζίνας ήταν βρόμικο. Δεν υπήρχε κανενα καθαριστικό στον χώρο, κάποιο αντισηπτικό, ούτε χαρτικά στην κουζίνα και στο μπάνιο. Επιπλεον, δεν υπαρχει κεραία στην τηλεόραση. Στην επικοινωνία που είχαμε με την εταιρία ενημερώνοντας για όλα τα παραπάνω, δεν άλλαξε τίποτα. Απογοήτευση είναι η λέξη που χαρακτηρίζει τη διαμονή και αναφορικά με το κόστος, υπερεκτιμημένο για αυτό που προσφέρει.
We booked the apartment in Alimos for relatives on our wedding day because it is close to us. I was disappointed with the cleanliness which cost an additional 33 €. There were crumbs next to the toaster, the toilet bowl did not work, the kitchen sponge was overused and the kitchen table was dirty. There was no cleaner in the area, no antiseptic, no stationery in the kitchen and bathroom. In addition, there is no antenna on the TV. In the communication we had with the company informing about all the above, nothing changed. Disappointment is the word that characterizes accommodation and in terms of cost, overestimated for what it offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Impossible to be worse. I booked an apartment with them through Booking.com. After three days, Dropebnb never replied. Even though at the moment of the confirmation of the reservation I sent a message to them asking for information on how to do the check in, they never answered. I phoned them endless times, sent them messages and emails, even dropped by at the apartment personally. Nothing. Not a response. On top of that, I had paid in advance.
Since from booking. com I had been informed that they might send me information with a code to enter the apartment, I had to wait until 13:30. But the info never came.
In summary. Absolute disrespect, irresponsibility, inefficiency and cause of unnecessary stress when one is supposed to be relaxing and chilling while on holiday.
