Ο τόνος της φωνής της αδικαιολόγητου. Και για πω λόγο είστε εκεί ήθελα να ήξερα. Ε ρε ελληνικό δημόσιο για αυτό η χώρα πάει κατά διαόλου ζώα. K	Kostas T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειροτερη απο τις δημοσιες υπηρεσιες εδω και χρονια στον νομο Καβαλας. Δεν σηκωνουν ποτέ το τηλ ενω καλεις απο το πρωι μεχρι το μεσημερι και χτυπαει κανονικα. Καποιες φορες φαινεται κατηλειμμενο και οταν ειναι ανοιχτη η γραμμη παλι δεν το σηκωνουν. Απορω αν υπαρχει καποιος προισταμενος που ελεγχει το τι γινεται πραγματικα εκει μεσα! Αγενεια και νωχελικοτητα σε ολο της το μεγαλειο! The worst of the public services for years in the prefecture of Kavala. Έχω πάρει (μέχρι στιγμής) δύο τηλέφωνα ζητώντας να μου επιλύσουν ένα ζήτημα επαγγελματικής φύσεως που υποπίπτει στη δικαιοδοσία τους. Την πρώτη φορά ΟΛΟΙ οι υπάλληλοι ήταν απασχολημένοι, τους άφησα τα στοιχεία μου και δεν επικοινώνησαν ποτέ μαζί μου. Τη δεύτερη μου ζήτησαν να αποστείλω ηλ. μήνυμα, (λες και δεν τους είχα στείλει ήδη ένα) τα οποία ακόμη παραμένουν αναπάντητα, τρεις ημέρες μετά. Επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι. Unprofessional, abrupt and lazy. I have (so far) received two calls asking them to resolve an issue of a professional nature that falls within their jurisdiction. The first time ALL the employees were busy, I left them my details and they never contacted me. The second I was asked to send an e-mail (as if I had not already sent one) which still remain unanswered, three days later. Forgivingly unacceptable.

A	Andreas Ovaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήμουν κάτοικος εξωτερικού για 7 χρόνια, έχω ένα χρόνο που γύρισα στην Ελλάδα και δεν με κάλυψε πλήρως η ενημέρωση που είχα μέσω του internet. Πήγα σήμερα το πρωί να κάνω μια ερώτηση, βγαίνει από το παράθυρο με ύφακι και πολύ επιθετική απέναντι μου η "προϊσταμένη" γιατί τόλμησα και πήγα από την υπηρεσία να με ενημερώσουν σχετικά με το επίδομα και το εποχιακό αν τα δικαιούμαι . Με τα πολλά και λέγοντας της ότι δεν είναι τρόπος αυτός μου έδωσε μια απάντηση ημιτελής και με το ζόρι, πράγματα που τα γνωρίζουν διότι είναι η δουλειά τους. Την κούρασα την κυρία κατάλαβες, που τις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες τις έχουνε σαν χώρο ψυχαγωγίας και κουτσομπολιού. Επιτέλους πρέπει να μπει μια τάξη στις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, δεν είναι το τσιφλίκι τους πρέπει να το καταλάβουν αυτό. Δεν τους έχουμε εκεί να πίνουν καφέδες και να τρώνε τυρόπιτες.
