Με βοήθησαν να παραγγείλω σωστά για να μην διπλοπληρώνω (μου διόρθωσαν λάθη που είχα κάνει, διαλέγοντας μου τα σωστά προϊόντα φυσικά κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας) και τα προϊόντα εστάλησαν άμεσα! Συγχαρητήρια και να συνεχίσετε έτσι! I was impressed with how helpful they are! They helped me order correctly so I wouldn't double up (they corrected my mistakes by choosing the right products of course by phone) and the products were shipped immediately! Congratulations and keep going!

Περνά μία εβδομάδα και το προιον δεν ήρθε από την κεντρική αποθήκη.Την δεύτερη εβδομάδα δεν είχε περάσει τελωνείο!!!! Μα καλά δύο εβδομάδες για μία παραγγελία; (Είπα) Και η απάντηση: Τί να κάνουμε κύριε δεν είμαστε τελωνείο!!!! Αγαπητοί όταν δεν έχετε ένα προιον δεν το γράφετε ως άμεσα διαθέσιμο. Δεν το παραγγέλνω και τελείωσε. Ευτυχώς είχα βάλει αντικαταβολή,αλλιώς θα μπλέκαμε περισσότερο με σας! ... you don't have a simple thermostat available while writing that you have it available. Ολοι οι πυρόλιθοι έχουν ανοίξει και όχι με "τριχωειδής" ρωγμές! Έχω κάνει ήδη καταγγελία. E	E K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα από το Μαρούσι μέχρι τον Πειραιά για να παραλάβω το προϊόν που παρήγγειλα και το πακέτο δεν υπήρχε πουθενά, παρότι έλαβα email ότι το προϊόν βρίσκεται στο κατάστημα έτοιμο προς παραλαβή. Ο υπεύθυνος υπάλληλος είχε φύγει και δεν απαντούσε ούτε στο τηλέφωνο. Αφού εξέφρασα τη δυσαρέσκεια μου, δέχτηκα στο τέλος και το ειρωνικό σχόλιο της υπαλλήλου "μήπως θέλετε να σας πληρώσουμε τη βενζίνη;" Προσφέρθηκαν να μου το στείλουν με δικά τους έξοδα μόλις το βρουν και αν φυσικά το βρουν. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι αν τελικώς παραλάβω το προϊόν, θα το παραλάβω με μια τεράστια καθυστέρηση έχοντας υποστεί προηγουμένως όλη τη μάταιη ταλαιπωρία της διαδρομής των 40 χιλιομέτρων από το Μαρούσι στον Πειραιά με επιστροφή και έχοντας δεχτεί και ειρωνικά σχόλια σαν να έφταιγα εγώ. Δε νομίζω ότι θα είχα λόγο να συστήσω το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα πουθενά, ούτε φυσικά να ξανααγοράσω κάτι από εκεί. Επικαιροποιώντας την αξιολόγησή μου, ενημερώνω ότι μέχρι σήμερα 25/08/2021 (9 ημέρες μετά) δεν έχω ειδοποιηθεί σχετικά με το προϊόν που παρείγγειλα, ευτυχώς που είχα επιλέξει να πληρώσω κατά την παραλαβή... Θ	Θοδωρης Μαργαριτης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ γελοίοι . Λένε για πολλά προϊόντα πως είναι διαθέσιμα, δέχονται την παραγγελία και μετα από 2 3 ήμερες σου λένε δεν το έχουμε. Very ridiculous. They say about many products that they are available, they accept the order and after 2 3 days they tell you we do not have it.

Στο site τους λένε ότι υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα.
