Τα παρακατω που εχει γραψει ο Φιλλιπινεζος στα Αγγλικα ενω μενει Ελλαδα (οπως ολοι οι Φιλλιπινεζοι αλλα προτιμουν να μιλανε Αγγλικα γιατι την Ελλαδα την εχουν χεσ*ενη) ειναι ολα μπαρουφες-τοσο απλα. Επειδή όμως ήταν μικρά τους πήρα τηλέφωνο για να τους ζητήσω να τα επιστρέψω και να παραγγείλω άλλο νούμερο. Εξυπηρετικότατη η κοπέλα που μου μίλησε, με κατεύθυνε πλήρως ως προς την διαδικασία που έπρεπε να ακολουθήσω. Με δική τους χρέωση έγινε η επιστροφή και μετά από 3 μέρες είχα τα καινούργια νούμερα! Αλλά επειδή έκανα εγώ λάθος και δεν μου έκαναν ούτε αυτά (ήταν μεγάλα αυτή τη φορά), ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων (αναγράφεται ότι μπορεί να γίνει στους όρους στο site). Με την δεύτερη επιστροφή των παπουτσιών μου ζήτησαν έναν λογαριασμό τραπέζης και ενώ μου είχαν πει περίπου 10 μέρες για να μπουν τα χρήματα, μετά από 3-4 μέρες είχε γίνει η επιστροφή! Τέτοια μαγαζιά θέλουμε, να λειτουργούν με γνώμονα το καλό του καταναλωτή που τους εμπιστεύεται και τους δίνει τα χρήματά του και όχι σαν κάτι άλλα που λένε "δεν κάνουμε επιστροφές χρημάτων" ή και να κάνουν σου βγάζουν τη πίστη μέχρι να το κάνουν... I ordered two pairs of Toms - because they had the best price online when I wanted them - and after 2 days they were at my door with General Post. But because they were small I called them to ask them to return them and order another number. The girl who spoke to me was very helpful, she completely guided me in the process I had to follow. The return was made at their own expense and after 3 days I had the new numbers! But because I was wrong and they did not do that to me either (they were big this time), I asked for a refund (it is stated that it can be done in the terms on the site). With the second return of my shoes, they asked for a bank account and while they had told me about 10 days to get the money, after 3-4 days the return was made! We want such stores to operate based on the good of the consumer who trusts them and gives them his money and not like something else that says "we do not refund" or to make you take credit until they do ...

Η μεταφορική με την οποία συνεργάζονται είναι οοοοτι χειρότερο , άρα κάνουμε να παραλάβουμε πάνω από εβδομάδα , και φαντάσου να μέναμε και σε επαρχία... Επίσης το site επειδή έχει τεράστια ποικιλία θα ήταν καλό αν μπορούσε να μας αφήνει να κρατάμε τα φίλτρα όταν μπαίνουμε να δούμε κάποιο συγκεκριμένο προϊόν , ώστε να μη χρειάζεται να κάνουμε προσπέλαση από την αρχή ... Γενικότερα λίγη περισσότερη οργάνωση στο site Κατά τα άλλα , από τιμές , ενημέρωση και ποικιλία , είναι άψογοι !
