g	geo mad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγειλα tempered glass για κάποιο κινητό και αυτό που μου έστειλαν ήταν λάθος διαστάσεων. Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους μέσω email αλλά δεν ανταποκρίθηκαν ποτέ. Δε θα ξαναγορασω από τη συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση και δεν τη συστήνω. I ordered tempered glass for a mobile phone and what they sent me was the wrong size. I contacted them via email but they never responded. I will not buy again from this company and I do not recommend it.
T	TAS BAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο έχω συναντήσει μέχρι σήμερα. Αγόρασα από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ένα TV box το οποίο και ήταν ελαττωματικό. Μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες και πάρα πολλά τηλέφωνα κατάφερα να συνομιλήσω μαζί τους. Μου ζητήθηκε να στείλω πίσω το μηχάνημα για να γίνει αντικατάσταση το οποίο και έκανα. Μετά από μία αναζήτηση δύο περίπου εβδομάδων που είναι το πακέτο και λέγοντας μου ότι δεν το έχουν παραλάβει ακόμα τελικά μου είπε ότι το βρήκανε και ότι θα το στείλουν στην εταιρεία να ελέγξει αν όντως είναι ελαττωματικό και μετά θα μου απαντήσουν κάτι το οποίο δεν έχουν κάνει ποτέ ούτε και δέχτηκαν να μου επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα όπως και ζήτησα. Στο τέλος πια των συζητήσεών μας ζητώντας να μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα ο υπάλληλος που σήκωνε την τηλεφωνική γραμμή ήταν και πολύ ειρωνικός απέναντί μου, απαντώντας με ότι επιστροφές χρημάτων γίνεται μόνο σε προϊόντα τα οποία δεν έχει ανοιχτεί Η συσκευασία τους. Τους απάντησα: πως θα διαπίστωνα ότι ήταν ελλατωματικο αν δεν το άνοιγα??? μακριά μην αγοράσετε ποτέ τίποτα από αυτούς. The worst I have encountered so far. I bought a TV box from this store which was defective. After many attempts and a lot of phone calls I managed to talk to them. I was asked to send back the machine for a replacement which I did. After a search of about two weeks that is the package and telling me that they have not received it yet he finally told me that they found it and that they will send it to the company to check if it is really defective and then they will answer me something they have not done they never even accepted to return my money as I asked. At the end of our discussions, asking for the money to be returned to me, the employee who picked up the phone line was also very ironic towards me, answering that refunds are only made on products that have not been opened. I answered them: how would I find out that it was defective if I did not open it ??? away never buy any of them.

Παρήγγειλα μια επέκταση USB-C female σε male που φαινόταν στην ιστοσελίδα δεν ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμη και θα είχε μεγάλο χρόνο παράδοσης κάτι που δεν με πείραζε. Με κάλεσαν στο τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν οτι τελικά δεν υπάρχει καθόλου αυτό το προϊόν και αν ήθελα θα μου έστελναν ένα παρόμοιο προϊόν που είχε και μια υποδοχή 3,5 mm audio. Βλεπόντας τα χαρακτηριστικά του προϊόντος ρώτησα αν υποστηρίζει OTG καθώς στην ιστοσελίδα δεν το ανέφερε και αυτό μόνο με ενδιέφερε. Ο πωλητής δεν γνώριζε αλλά είπε οτι θα το δοκιμάσει και αν είναι οκ θα το στείλει. Την ίδια μέρα μου ήρθε ειδοποίηση οτι το προϊόν είχε αποσταλεί αλλά όταν το περέλαβα 2 μέρες μετά (σφραγισμένο άρα καμία δοκιμή δεν είχε γίνει...) διαπίστωσα οτι δεν υποστήριζε OTG παρά μόνο φόρτιση μέσω USB. Παρά τα επαναλαμβανόμενα email μου δεν έχω πάρει καμία απάντηση οπότε αποδεικνείεται οτι το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα δεν διαθέτει κανενός είδους προπωλητική και μεταπωλητική υποστήριξη αλλά μόνο άσχετους και ψεύτες πωλητές και ανύπαρκτο και ανεύθυνο τμήμα επικοινωνίας-υποστήριξης. ΜΑΚΡΥΑ, ούτε ένα ευρώ για προιόντα από εκεί!!!!! Completely unreliable sellers. I ordered a female USB-C extension to male that appeared on the website was not immediately available and would have a long delivery time which I did not mind. They called me on the phone and told me that in the end this product does not exist at all and if I wanted they would send me a similar product that had a 3.5 mm audio jack. Seeing the features of the product I asked if it supports OTG as it did not mention it on the website and that only interested me. The seller did not know but he said he would try it and if it is ok he will send it. The same day I received a notification that the product had been shipped but when I received it 2 days later (sealed so no test had been done ...) I found that it only supported OTG but only USB charging. Despite my repeated emails I have not received any response so it turns out that this store does not have any kind of pre-sale and resale support but only irrelevant and fake sellers and non-existent and irresponsible communication-support department. AWAY, not a single euro for products from there !!!!!
