Webshop has actual stock but this company steal my time and i cannot work as the ordered computer dont come as promised. Never again. Unprofessional.

One time only i was dissatisfied by a product I purchased, the company gave me the chance to return it and refund the money I paid within a week.... Its one of the best companies in Greece in my opinion. The first place I go whenever I need anything.

G	George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Ordered a pair of shoes as a gift for the holidays. Ordered them about Dec 10th to have enough time for them to make it for Christmas/New Year celebration. Sent the company a message on Jan 3rd that I just needed one size smaller, and was told that I can’t do it because they only exchange up to 14 days. 14 days. During a covid holiday where everyone was worried about not getting their presents in time for the holidays. In a country that opens presents on New Years. Check you policies Skroutz because this one is not good, and it shows that in Greece it’s better to just go to the stores.
D	Dinos Dionissiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order on 6/4 and estimated delivery was 1-3 working days (Saturdays included). Their courier service picked up from the shop on 7/4. I received 1st estimated delivery for 8/4, 2nd for 9/4, 3rd for 11/4, 4th for 12/4, 5th for 13/4, and I am still counting. Of course no message from their side to explain the reason. I made contact on 11/4 and they claimed technical reasons. I wonder how it is possible for a courier service to have technical issues for 5 days in a row and still be in business.

They are not capable of such guarantees because they do not have the adequate infrastructure or logistics to get the job done.. Chose another store from drop down list. Thumbs down?

Even supermarket things...... No I can't.....How can I have 20 euro order per store? There also small value things I need. And I have already pay for one more year subscription...... You are the worse..... Never again.......
