★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car ? from Eagle Car Rental for three days during our holiday here in Chaina, Crete. The couple (and dog) who own this company are extremely hospitable and friendly. Without a doubt would rent from them again. We walked in on Wednesday and were able to pick up the vehicle we wanted the next day, for three days, at a reasonable price! Highly recommend! ☺️☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter of some smaller language difficulties, last year (2019) those two nice guys from Eagle Car Rental in Chania -Crete helped me a lot both with a scooter (Honda Vision, about 14 days of rent) and a car (one day) with great rent prices. Thanks a lot and all the best. Goran S.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental company ever seen, took them 3 days and numerous emails although all Info provided and in the end they still got the period wrong and not provided me with a total cost. Until the end they could not get the rental priod correct and confirmed wrong dates after noumerous emails. When pointed out very arrogant saying they dont need clients like us instead of a polite apology.
Before we cancelled they would respond once per day but after all reviews we left they started answering immediately ?
We blocked them on email to get rid of them

I had a car booked for 3 days (week earlier)
I came to get the car and they say they don't have a car for three days only for two days (they didn't call before, didn't send e-mail, no information about the change)
Arrogantly they said either take it for two days or get out.
Be careful because you may have a problem picking up the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small family car rental, very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a car approx. 14 days before our arrival and most of car rentals were fully booked or were sooo overpriced. Luckily I have found Eagle Car Rental - they got me the best price by far. Our Suzuki Alto was a little bit old (I expected it because of late booking), but everything worked well inc. A/C and we drove more than 1000 km without any issue. Pick-up and drop-off at the airport.
Note: communication can sometimes be a little bit difficult, especially by e-mail, because they’re quite busy. I’ve solved everything by phone - what we agreed on by phone, it was true and done.
