We had an issue arriving there in a taxi from the airport but Cargini sent us a whatsapp message with their location and everything went smooth. They also offer an amazing shuttle service for free to take you to the airport when you drop off the rental. Great company and employees!!
F	Francesco Florio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car with them through rentalcars.com, all went good. The guy was waiting for me at the arrivals and we took a shuttle to the company (5min away). Because i had a debit, card i had to do a payment of 150€, which i got back one week after returning the car in the same condition i took it. What else can i say, all went good!
K	Katia Romanyuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs! Booked a vehicle via booking.com on 12/08 for 13/08. Paid for the vehicle online. Called the car company to verify the pick up point. They claimed they didn't have my reservation and I should call back in 2 hours. Which I did and the same lady informed me that not only there's no reservation under my name, she doesn't have a single car available and can't help me. I should contact booking.com. Which I did. Booking.com informed me that they would reach the provider and get back to me shortly. Called the car company again. They said they can't do anything. I then booked a taxi to accommodate me. The next day at 10am the car company called me and was wondering where we are and what time we will pick up the car. After I explained what happened the previous evening they claimed that it was a misunderstanding. I was already 200km away and didn't need the car. Long story short until today they refuse to refund the amount I paid while it was clearly their mistake that they couldn't see the reservation and the lady on the phone verified multiple times that she doesn't have a car available and can't help me. Worst experience ever!
D	Daniela De La Torre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is untrustworthy. They stated we had caused damage to the car which we did not the girl forgot to mark it on the paper. If you do rent from this place make sure you are the one marking the paper and take pictures of the entire car. They tried comparing the previous rental and it was proven they hadn't marked all the damage from previous rentals either. The marks are so tiny too that they make on the paper to show damage. Then they have this ridiculous supposedly accurate system that tells them how much it will cost to fix the damage. I highly DO NOT recommend. You also will not need a vehicle if you are going to Athens you can walk everywhere and uber would be cheaper.
G	Gary K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible bad service- dirty car Car was never cleaned - handed to us dirty! Was not the car they advertised, said it was “comparable”. The Fiat was not compatible to the Peugeot with my opinion by far! Not friendly! Was told the tire pressure was low as we started to drive off. Suppose we had to fix that ourselves! Then we took it to gas station and guess what! Yes screw in the tire - we had pay fix it! O’course they didn’t refund us our money at return. Returned call to grumpy man that stated that it was 6:56 AM and we needed to wait Til 7AM til when he opened to return the car. Did not refund our deposit - had to call back 3 weeks later and again not friendly! To beg to return our 150 € Won’t be back!! BEWARE!!

So far the best car rental experience we had in Athens visiting city 5 times already! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for good value and hassle free rental?
K	Kalomoira Papadaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience we could have from a car rental… They charged us almost 184€ because after the check (where the car was delivered from us in the perfect possible situation even with more gasoline from the time we rent it) the person responsible, a woman (that was full ironic) put the key inside the locker of the door and the mechanism fell down and she told us that someone try to break it and it was our fault. When we first peak up the car the guy responsible there asked me where are we going with the car and told us to be extra careful in the inspection and pay attention to every issue that the car has in the begging (I saw every possible fault outside the car, I would not imagine that I had also to check the locker) also the keys where delivered in hand by him with an open door and no check was done in the locker since it has automatic lock in/out! To sum up the stuff after the delivery check of the car where everything was a in perfect condition put the key in the chain as the last check where it brake in one second (not suspicious at all)! She told us that everyone tells her that the locker did not break will they had the car and continued blaming us for the incident. Because we would miss our flight we had to sign or more cost would arise if we missed our flight (we thought to call the police but the woman knew that we are out of time for our flight and she told me do it then)! Please be aware of this company and not rent any car from there, they are a fraud!

Low prices, without extra charges. The customer service was above expectations! Flexible payment method (cash, debit and credit). Free transport from and to airport or to any nearby metro station. Highly recommended..!!!
