A	Andrei Bolfa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Не советую , выплатил депозит 300€ , на сайте было сказано 150 € , через день как взял машину сказали что должен выплатить и за то что нет 25 лет ещё 40 € , сказали что встретят в аэропорту , ждал потом искал их почти час пока не пришёл их представитель , когда обращался к ним с вопросами приходилось днями ждать ответы , никогда больше не воспользуюсь ихними услугами и вам не советую? I don’t advise, I paid a deposit of 300 €, the site said 150 €, the day after I took the car, they said that I had to pay, and for not having 25 years, another 40 €, they said that they would be met at the airport, I waited then looked for them for almost an hour until I arrived their representative, when he turned to them with questions, I had to wait days for answers, I will never use their services again and I do not advise you?

Dann erfuhren wir das, dass Team unsere Buchung falsch in System gegeben hat – deshalb hatten wir ein anderes – ein schlechteres Auto bekommen haben. Auch dafür gab es keine Entschuldigung. Dann erfuhren wir das noch eine Kaution fellig wäre. Aber dass diese innerhalb von 3 Wochen wieder auf dem Konto ist. Auch wenn man sie darauf hingewiesen hat, dass man das Geld Vor-Autorisieren kann. Und es gleich bei der Schlüsselrückgabe Stornieren kann wollten Sie davon nix wissen und haben einfach abgebucht. Auf das Geld warten wir schon über 2 Monate. Auch bei Retour vom Auto keine Entschuldigung – auch wo wir das Thema angesprochen haben. Also sehr respektlos! Von A bis Z schlecht behandelt. Die schlechteste Autovermietungserfahrung!!! PS: Der Stern war für den Minibusfahrer, der uns freundlicherweise zum Flughafen begleitete. Very unfriendly, disinterested staff. They made us wait at the airport for over an hour. Then we found out that team entered our booking wrong in system - that's why we got another - worse car. There was no excuse for that either. Then we learned that a deposit would be furig. But that this is back on the account within 3 weeks. Even if you have pointed out to them that you can pre-authorize the money. And you can cancel it as soon as you return the key if you didn't want to know anything about it and simply debited it. We have been waiting for the money for over 2 months. Even when returning from the car, no apologies - even where we addressed the subject. So very disrespectful! Badly treated from A to Z. Worst car rental experience!!! PS: The star was for the minibus driver who kindly escorted us to the airport.

Quand au retour, pas de bonjour et ils se sont précipités sur le contrôle suspicieux de la voiture, on sentait qu’ils n’avaient qu’une envie: nous facturer une rayure. Notre pire expérience de location de voiture!!! Fuyez !! P.S: l’étoile était pour le conducteur de minibus qui nous a gentiment accompagné à l’aéroport. Very rude, disinterested staff. M	Marianna Tiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato un auto ad Atene tramite Discovercars, scegliendo questa compagnia per le recensioni e perchè mi permetteva di pagare con la carta di debito. Quando ho riconsegnato l'auto (in perfette condizioni e con carburante in più rispetto a quando mi è stata consegnata) mi hanno detto che ci sarebbero voluti 15 giorni per riavere il deposito indietro. Aspettato il termine ho scoperto che non solo non mi era stato riaccreditato il deposito, ma che avrei dovuto attendere 30 giorni lavorativi. Atteso anche i 30 giorni lavorativi e dopo miei diversi solleciti, mi chiedono scusa dell'inconveniente e che avrebbero provveduto ad effettuare il bonifico. Gli ho anche fornito i miei dati, ma il bonifico ancora deve arrivare. Vergognoso.
