Very nice place, with excellent staff. We reserved for 3 nights but our flight was cancelled, so we arrived next at 7 AM. We were so tired that we immediatly fall asleep and just woke up before the breakfast time. They were so kind serving us the breakfast at 14h ?.

Loved the place, close to Oia (it’s more of a drive than a walk however) and the rooms were clean, with beautiful sunny patios, and seaside pool was great. Manager Giannis made the stay very welcoming and he was very helpful.

Great place! Location is just far enough from the crowds (so it's peaceful and quiet) but not too far from Oia and a handful of beaches (pretty easy to get to). The room was quaint, but very nice and well kept. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, and the pool was lovely. All in all just a very nice place!

Beautiful location on the sea in the middle of nature. The view is stellar and the pool beautiful. Johnny was very welcoming and gave us plenty of tips. He also prepared an incredible breakfast the next day! We felt really at home. He’s a great host. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from Oia, so close to the action but in a peaceful, remote location. Very good value for money. Thank you for our stay!

Terrible hotel. Stay away. Rooms are the Size of a teacup. Airconditioning broke, Pool dirty, rooms dirty, everything not like every site reviews. We would stay 5 nights but stayed 1 and searched another hotel. Refund was only 50 procent of what we paid and got the answer we had short time tonopzn Size covid. Please look at the photo. Manager replied also very arrogant that she could send us soms hotels 1000 euro a night

You get what you pay for i guess… and sometimes pay more. Booked Ecoxenia for 2 nights with my partner and some friends. We booked a single room and a quadruple room, as well as arranged for airport pickup and drop off with the hotel. Everything was great, including the communication, until we landed. Once we got to JTR, we spent 30 minutes looking for the shuttle that was suppose to be waiting with our name, as well as trying to contact the hotel who didn’t answer via phone and booking.com messenger. After 30 minutes, we just squeezed 5 people into a taxi and left. Upon arrival, our rooms werent ready and we were told to return in 2 hours. Which was fine, since we got in early. However, after coming back 2.5 hours later, we were given one single room and told the other one might not be ready on time because the other tenant still hadn’t checked out (even though it was past check out time)…. When the room was finally ready, it was another single room. I had informed the employee we paid for a quadruple room and she told me that was what they had… the single rooms rate was less than the quadruple room, which was already paid for. At this point, I messaged booking.com’s customer service and explained what happened. I asked if we could be refunded the overcharge for the room (about 51 euros). The manager came and spoke to us the next day about it. Took complete blame and apologized, which I appreciated. She said she couldn’t do a partial refund through booking.con though, only a full one. She explained she would need to charge the card the correct amount (about $300 usd) and would do a full refund through booking (about $350 usd). She said it would be processed by Monday. Well, it’s Tuesday and has been 3 days and neither us nor booking can get in contact with them to confirm the charge and refund. I have emailed, messaged on booking.con, and called, and have not heard a single thing. While the employees are nice (and all brand new as they let us know), any company that is okay with cutting off contact knowing they overcharged a guest and owe them a $350 refund is sketchy in my eyes. The fact that the communication was great leading up to the stay, then suddenly vanished when issues arose… is completely unprofessional. Ensuring guests a ride from the airport, and then not having them show is unprofessional. Avoiding calls and emails from booking websites you do business with is unprofessional. They single handed ruined what should have been a wonderful stay in Oia. I would not recommend staying here to anyone after what we have gone though.

I highly recommend this hotel. Tasty breakfasts. Nice vibe close to the main promenade in Oia. The most attractive place in Oia is 20 minutes walk. While speculating, you can watch beautiful views. The hotel manager (Catherine) was very helpful. He will arrange a transfer for you, tell you where to go. He will rent a car for you and bring it to the hotel. Always smiling. Through our stay at this hotel, we made a new friend abroad. Catherina is multifunctional - she'll take care of everything. In the hotel, we noticed two more working ladies, also very nice. The pool is lit very nicely at night. Peace and quiet. We had a sea view from the room. It is a good starting point for excursions, but not only because you can enjoy the beautiful views in the hotel by ordering something from the mini bar. If we ever want to go to santorini, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

What was about to be the best holidays ever, turned into a nightmare. We had 3 nights booked to stay at the hotel after our amazing experience in Paros. One day, we received the email informing that they try to contact me ( which they didn’t) to let me know my book was cancelled. We have to face the lack of places to stay in Santorini. Everything we planned to do we have to cancel because we couldn’t find a place to stay there. I would NEVER recommend try to book there because the hotel is not reliable.
