L’annonce était malhonnête. En effet, les photos du rooftop ne correspondaient pas à notre logement, mais au logement voisin. Celui-ci n’est pas du tout à la hauteur des photos, il s’agit d’un simple couloir avec la climatisation et une table en plastique. La vue mer est quasiment inexistante. La piscine est également différente de celle sur les photos, la matière blanche typique des logements grecs laisse place à un « gravier » gris irritant. Le petit déjeuner était décevant (biscotte céréales). Nous avons confronté notre hôte à ces sujets, celui-ci conscient que son offre diffère de la réalité nous a proposé une somme d’argent en dédommagement. A la fin de notre séjour, il s’est rétracté et nous avons dû contacté Airbnb pour être dédommagé, et nous l’avons logiquement été. A date de notre commentaire les photos ont été modifiées, et correspondent (en partie) à la réalité. En conclusion, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement, il y a mieux sur l’île à ce prix. Giannis est quelqu’un de malhonnête, et à gaché notre voyage, a l’inverse de nombreux hôtes Airbnb, il n’a jamais fait preuve de bienveillance Taking a picture from a different suite and pretending this is what the customer will have is completely dishonest ! Pictures of the rental on Airbnb and reality are not matching. The rooftop feature of the suite is one of its most valuable asset when customer are consulting the offer, as Giannis knows and agreed face to face, the rooftop of the picture is not the one that you actually rent, this cannot be accepted. Giannis offered us money as compensation and rejected his offer the day before our departure. We strongly advise travelers to find another place. Furthermore, his behavior, pretending to find a solution and changing his mind less than 24h before our departure is questionable

Tres bel endroit ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour a Cupola Suites : accueil parfait, literie au top, confort au RDV vraiment je recommande sans hesiter ! C'est mieux avec une voiture sinon il ne faut pas avoir peur de marcher un peu !

Giannis was a fantastic host very accessible, very clean and wonderful cave suite. Walkable up hill 10-15min walk to Oia. So cllose but well out of the busy-ness of Oia and private. Beautiful sunset view. Recommend for your trip to Santorini #barefootwanderers

Luxury rooms in a quiet place (Tholos) very close to Oia(600m max). In the room you have anything you desire in order to take your breakfast and start your day full of energy (cereal, cakes, honey, marmelade, coffee, water). The bath contains a very good hair dryer along with shampoos and conditioners. Iron is also included. . The rooms are super clean. You also have your own personal pool in order to relax when you don't feel like going for a swim. The host is very friendly and is always there for you. Feel free to ask anything!!!
