I rarely write negative reviews but on this accommodation it was necessary. Extremely unpleasant welcome from the owner. No listening in relation to a personal situation requiring the cancellation of the trip. To flee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, just as the other person with one star review. The owner Haris is extremely unpleasant. Due to covid we have a situation where my family can no longer guarantee the ability to travel. Our stay is over 3 months from now and yet he refuses to give us a refund. It’s horrible. His response was “the covid situation is pretty good no reason to cancel.” Totally lacking empathy & extremely greedy in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a great place to stay for my wife and I. We loved the cave house vibe and the decorations were very nice. We asked for the hot tub to be filled and hot and it was which was very nice since it was early January (winter). Many places were closed for the season but we had a rental car for our 2 day stay so we could explore. They have a very small kitchen in our room so we bought a few groceries at a local Mini market in Oai for some snacks and breakfast.
I would definitely stay here again. Mateo met us as we pulled in to parking area and helped us get settled. Such a great view as well and many things within walking distance.
