★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a cool place! Whenever I come to Crete, Edem is always on my list of places to go...whether it's sunbathing on their beach loungers in the day or casual evening drinks of an evening!
The staff are super friendly, extremely polite and very professional....and to check the final box, the music is awesome too!!! ?

Beautiful location by the beach. Comfortable ambient both at day and at night.
Food delicious, always fresh, and beautifully presented. Cockatails also extraordinary. Everything is done with a lot of care. Staff is very friendly and heartwarming.
It's a perfect to-go bar during vacation. We came here for cocktails every evening, and ate lunch almost every day for the whole week that we stayed in Stalis, and would love to visit again someday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good bar/restaurant where you can eat delicious food and drink beautiful cocktails. The staff is very kind and helpful. They also have a big beach where you can lay on the sunbeds and enjoy your vacation. You will definitely not regret going to Edem and coming back for many years.
