Σ	Σοφία Ξηρουχακη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα παραγγελια 5.12,ευτυχως που δεν πληρωσα, και ζήτησα με αντικαταβολή, διότι δεν ήρθαν ποτε. Έστειλα ένα email στις 14.12 και δεν απάντησαν ποτε! Οι τηλεφωνικές γραμμές συνέχεια κατειλλημενες. Κατανοώ την συγκεκριμένη περιοδο ότι είναι πιεσμενοι αλλά τουλάχιστον θα έπρεπε να απαντουν στα email. Απαράδεκτοι κ καθόλου επαγγελματίες. I placed an order 5.12, fortunately I did not pay, and I asked for cash on delivery, because they never came. I sent an email on 14.12 and they never answered! The telephone lines are constantly busy. I understand at this time that they are stressed but at least they should respond to emails. Unacceptable and not at all professional.

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη, εν μέσω καραντίνας μπόρεσα και πήρα ότι παιχνίδι χρειαζομουν για τα παιδιά μου αλλά και για όλη την οικογένεια. Το συνιστώ, με τέτοιο φόρτο εργασίας και τα άτομα του μαγαζιού ευγενέστα. Happy at least. The service was impeccable, in the middle of quarantine I was able to get whatever toy I needed for my children and the whole family. Άφησα να περάσουν αρκετές ημέρες σεβομενη την κατάσταση που επικρατεί και μετά επικοινώνησα με εμαιλ και μήνυμα στο μεσσεντζερ όπου κανείς δεν μου απάντησε. Το τηλέφωνο μονίμως κατειλημμενο και γενικά στα τόσα χρόνια που ψωνίζω διαδικτυακα πρώτη φορά συναντώ τέτοια αδιαφορία. Κρίμα. edit 27/12 επικοινώνησε μαζί μου η εταιρεία δίνοντας μου το tracking number. I ordered a toy on 9.12 which I paid for and they did not bother to send me a track number. I let several days pass respecting the situation and then I contacted by email and message on the messenger where no one answered me. The phone is constantly occupied and generally in the many years that I shop online I encounter such indifference for the first time. Pity. edit 27/12 the company contacted me giving me the tracking number.

Εχω παραγγείλει πολλές μέρες πριν,παιχνίδι από το εν λόγω κατάστημα,έχουν τραβήξει τα χρήματα από το λογαριασμό τραπέζης μου και ουδέποτε στάλθηκε αριθμός αποστολής της παραγγελίας μου και φυσικά ούτε και το παιχνίδι.Υπάρχουν δύο τηλέφωνα τα οποία ουδέποτε τα σηκώνουν. Τους έχω στείλει και mail, τι άλλο να κάνω! Έχουν εξαφανιστεί και από τη σελίδα του SKROUTZ,προφανώς λόγω αρνητικών κριτικών.Τώρα ετοιμάζομαι να τους κάνω καταγγελία μεσω του ΣΥΝΗΓΟΡΟΥ του ΠΟΛΙΤΗ. ATTENTION, the store is unacceptable. I ordered a game from this store many days ago, they have withdrawn the money from my bank account and never sent my order number and of course not the game. Χ	Χριστίνα Κεχαγιά on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι έδειξα το self test του παιδιού ετών 4 και δεν το δέχτηκαν γιατί δεν ήταν 24ωρου ενώ στο ΦΕΚ έχει διευκρινίσει ότι μέχρι 4ετων δεν είναι υποχρεωτικό το self test. Σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα μαγαζιά το παιδί μπήκε. Κρίμα γιατί έχω μαγαζί η ίδια και δεν θα πω ποτέ ξανά να πάνε εκεί. I showed the self test of the 4 year old child unacceptable and they did not accept it because was not 24 hours while in the Government Gazette he has clarified that up to 4 years the self test is not mandatory. The child entered all the other shops. Too bad because I have a shop myself and I will never say go there again.
