Φυσικα και ακυρωσαμε την αιτηση μετα απο μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία. Απ'οτι βλέπουμε απο τις υπόλοιπες κριτικές, οι άνθρωποι το κάνουν συστηματικά για να κλείνουν συμβόλαια. Συγχαρητήρια, φοβερή ιδέα. a	adi cerava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι απατεώνες έκανα συμβόλαιο τον Απρίλη το 2021 για ένα χρόνο και με το έτσι θέλω τον Οκτώβριο ακύρωσαν τα συμβόλαια από μόνη τους πήραν να με ενημερώσουν το Δεκέμβριο για να κάνω καινούργιο συμβόλαιο με 11 λεπτά την κιλοβατώρα ενώ είχαμε 0,2 και τώρα με χρεώνουν με 12 λεπτά την κιλοβατώρα Απαράδεκτοι. They are fraudsters I made a contract in April 2021 for a year and with that so I want in October they canceled the contracts on their own they got to inform me in December to make a new contract with 11 cents per kilowatt hour while we had 0.2 and now they charge me with 12 minutes per kilowatt hour Unacceptable.

Παίρνω τηλ εδώ και 20 ημέρες και μου λένε συνέχεια ότι είναι σε κατάσταση αποστολης. Απαράδεκτοι!!!!! Σημειωτέον ότι ο λογαριασμός στέλνεται ηλεκτρονικά. Κατήργησαν το Home FIX πρίν τη λήξη του συμβολαίου και στη συνέχεια χρέωναν με πολλαπλάσια τιμή ενώ στο συμβόλαιο δεν υπήρχε ρήτρα αναπροσαρμογής. Επίσης ζήτησαν και τα ρέστα (70 ευρώ για αλλαγή παρόχου) ενώ γνωρίζαν ότι οι 30 μέρες που μου έδωσαν για αλλαγή παρόχου ατελώς δεν ήταν επαρκής χρόνος. Απο επικοινωνία μηδέν. Scammers do not respect their customers. They abolished Home FIX before the end of the contract and then charged a multiple price while there was no adjustment clause in the contract. Θα φύγω πριν την λήξη συμβολαίου και κάνω έρευνα. Αν έχει κάποιος να μου προτείνει τίποτα το καλύτερο θα το εκτιμούσα. I	ILI ILI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή και αξιόπιστη εταιρεία, εξυπηρετικοί υπάλληλοι και στο τηλέφωνο και στο κατάστημα (Θεσσαλονίκης). Δύο χρόνια πελάτης δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα και συνεχίζω. Τιμές πλέον μην περιμένετε τίποτα διαφορετικό. Όλοι που ρώτησα την ίδια τιμή είχαν στο αέριο. Good and reliable company, helpful employees both on the phone and in the store (Thessaloniki). Ήρθαν σπίτι μου λέγοντας ότι είναι από την ΕΔΑ, έβγαλαν φωτογραφία το συμβόλαιο σύνδεσης και προχώρησαν συμβόλαιο ΧΩΡΙΣ την υπογραφή μου. Πλαστογραφία δηλαδή. Πήρα τηλέφωνο στην ΕΔΑ, μου είπαν ότι η συγκεκριμένη εταιρία το κάνει πολύ συχνά, και με παρότρυναν να κάνω καταγγελία στο αρμόδιο τμήμα, όπως και έκαναν. Από ότι φαίνεται μαζεύουν καταγγελίες μέχρι να κινηθούν νόμιζα.
