Μόλις της έθεσα το πρόβλημα άμεσα μου έδωσε λύση και τις συμβουλές τις για τον κύκλο της τρίμηνης χρέωσης. Μακάρι να υπήρχε παντού σε δημόσια υπηρεσία τέτοια αντιμετώπιση. Μπράβο σας κα. Μαρία. The blonde lady who is in charge of the counting department is very helpful and knowledgeable about the subject of the measurements. s	sfkatsas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ουρά είναι απίστευτη έξω στο κρύο ο security τουλαχιστον ελέγχει τα ποιστοποιητικα covid η αναμονή παραπάνω από 35 λεπτά ααα!!!!ο μόνος που μπήκε και τελείωσε γρήγορα ήταν το παιδί από το μηχανάκι με τους καφέδες!! The queue is unbelievable outside in the cold, the security at least checks the covid certificates, the wait is more than 35 minutes aaa !!!! the only one who came in and finished quickly was the child from the motorbike with the coffees !!

T	Theodora Michelopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένας δουλεύει οι υπόλοιποι κοιτάνε τον έναν που δουλεύει. Κλασσικά όπως λειτουργούν οι περισσότερες υπηρεσίες στην Ελλάδα. Γι'αυτό η ουρά εξυπηρέτησης φτάνει μέχρι το απέναντι οικοδομικό τετράγωνο. 60 λεπτά περίμενα να πληρώσω έναν λογαριασμό που έστειλαν με λάθος ποσό και τον έλαβα αρκετά μετά από την ημερομηνία έκδοσης με δική τους υπαιτιότητα και γι'αυτό δεν μπορούσα να πραγματοποιήσω ηλεκτρονικά την πληρωμή. Τόσα νέα παιδιά άνεργα εσείς έχετε βάλει κάτι ταγαρια για να εξυπηρετούν με τι κριτήρια δε ξέρω! One works, the others look at the one who works. Classic as most services operate in Greece. That's why the service queue reaches the opposite building block. I waited 60 minutes to pay an invoice they sent in the wrong amount and I received it long after the issue date through their own fault and therefore I could not make the payment electronically. So many young unemployed children you have put something to serve with what criteria I do not know!
S	S. Tash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άχρηστοι, τεμπέληδες, θρασύδειλοι... αυτές οι 3 λέξεις είναι οι πιο κόσμιες που μπορώ να γράψω για να περιγράψω το προσωπικό τους. Όσο για την ίδια την ΕΥΔΑΠ, το μονοπώλιο τους δυστυχώς μας φέρνει όλο και χειρότερες υπηρεσίες. Εδώ και 10 χρόνια από τον Απρίλιο μέχρι αρχές Οκτωβρίου, ΔΕΝ ΕΧΟΥΜΕ ΝΕΡΟ. Κλείνουν την ένταση και δε μπορούμε να γεμίσουμε ούτε ένα ποτήρι με νερό... μόνο τα βράδια μετά τις 12 επανέρχεται κάπως η ένταση... ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΤΟΥΣ.... ΔΕ ΖΟΥΜΕ ΣΤΗΝ ΕΠΟΧΗ ΤΩΝ ΣΠΗΛΑΙΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΤΩΝ ΔΕΙΝΟΣΑΥΡΩΝ... κάθε μέρα τους καλούμε και κάθε μέρα όλο τα ίδια και τα ίδια. Ο δήθεν υπεύθυνος υδραυλικός μάλιστα, μια φορά μας είπαμε "Ήθελες σπίτι στον 6⁰ όροφο μάγκα μου...". Όπως βλέπετε, επίπεδο μηδέν... Useless, lazy, brazen ... these 3 words are the most decent I can write to describe their staff. As for EYDAP itself, their monopoly unfortunately brings us worse and worse services. For 10 years from April to the beginning of October, WE HAVE NO WATER. They turn off the volume and we can not fill a single glass with water ... only in the evenings after 12 the tension returns somewhat ... THEIR SHAME .... WE DO NOT LIVE IN THE TIME OF CAVES AND DINOSAURS ... every day we call every day all the same. The supposedly responsible plumber, in fact, once told us "You wanted a house on the 6th floor dude ...". As you can see, level zero ...
