★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Kastro war im Mittelalter die Hauptstadt der Insel. Es wurde im 14. Jahrhundert erbaut und die Bewohner der Insel zogen hier herauf, um den Verwüstungen der Insel durch die Piraten zu entkommen.
Die Zufahrt zum Kastro ist schmal und mit Naturpflastersteinen nicht unbedingt für ein normales Auto geeignet )
Touristenboote legen am Strand an, da das Wasser hier glaskar ist. Nachdem Aufstieg zur Burg kann man sich dort wieder abkühlen.
The Kastro was the capital of the island in the Middle Ages. It was built in the 14th century and the island's residents moved up here to escape the pirate ravages of the island.
The driveway to the Kastro is narrow and with natural paving stones, not necessarily suitable for a normal car )
Tourist boats dock on the beach because the water here is crystal clear. After climbing up to the castle you can cool off there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little church, very well preserved. It is centuries old and have some paintings on the inside walls. The paintings are partially destroyed, on the left wall, but the remaining paintings are visible and, I think somehow restored. You can see the old orthodox tradition reverberating from those images. The door is short and you have to take care when enter or exit because if the low entrance.
