Die Zufahrt zum Kastro ist schmal und mit Naturpflastersteinen nicht unbedingt für ein normales Auto geeignet )
Touristenboote legen am Strand an, da das Wasser hier glaskar ist. Nachdem Aufstieg zur Burg kann man sich dort wieder abkühlen.
The Kastro was the capital of the island in the Middle Ages. It was built in the 14th century and the island's residents moved up here to escape the pirate ravages of the island.
The driveway to the Kastro is narrow and with natural paving stones, not necessarily suitable for a normal car )
Tourist boats dock on the beach because the water here is crystal clear. After climbing up to the castle you can cool off there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful views from the cliff top. If you are approaching the site from the car park you need to be a bit of a mountain goat as the path is narrow, very rocky and is covered in a lot of loose stones. There is another path from the beach but I do not know if this is any better.
