★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This historical church of the Archangels was built in 1595, by the Family of Dimitriou and Sossanas (expense and personal work). During the Turkish occupation (1669 – 1898) the church was assaulted and converted into a grocery (shop), by a Turk called (zaraulis). After Turkish conquest (1906) the church was restrored and serves as an Orthodox Christian church, a place of prayer, culture, history and glory.
