Η εκκλησία είναι μέσα σε σπήλαιο και βρίσκεται στους πρόποδες της Γορίτσας.
Λειτούργησε πρώτη φορά το 1892 και το 1950 το αρχικό κτίσμα συμπληρώθηκε με το κτίσιμο ενός μεγαλύτερου πρόναου μπροστά από τη σπηλιά.

The church is inside a cave and is located at the foot of Goritsa.
It first operated in 1892 and in 1950 the original building was completed with the construction of a larger pronaos in front of the cave.

Εκκλησία μοναδική μέσα σε σπήλαιο τρύπα εξού και το όνομα. Το Πάσχα και την Ανάσταση η ιεροτελεστία και η ακολουθία ξεπερνά την μαγεία την κατάνυξη και το μεταφυσικό. Άμα έχεις ψάλει ως ιεροψάλτης τα αναστάσιμα τροπάρια εξωπραγματικό και θεϊκό μια απίστευτη εμπειρία ζωής που δεν περιγράφετε. Τις Κυριακές με περισσότερο φως πάλι δεν χάνει κάτι από την αίγλη και την ομορφιά της. Δίπλα στην θάλασσα και τον ναυτικό όμιλο βγαλμένη λες και μέσα από πραγματικό παραμύθι. Απλά κάτσε έξω και άκου τις βυζαντινές ψαλμωδίες οι οποίες συγχρονίζονται με την ηχώ των κυμάτων. Διαβάτη του κόσμου πέρασε και άναψε ένα κερί κάτσε και ξαπόστασε λίγο έως πολύ προσκύνα το μεταφυσικό.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ύπαρξη της και μόνο εσωτερικά και κάτω από βράχους,αποτελεί μια ΜΟΝΑΔΙΚΟΤΗΤΑ!!!
Ακούγοντας και βλέποντας ταυτόχρονα το νερό από τα έγκατα του βουνού, να περνάει κάτω από τα πόδια σου και να καταλήγει στην θάλασσα!!!
Πρωτίστως όμως ένα Ιερό Προσκύνημα της Παναγίας, με την ηρεμία που προσφέρει απλόχερα ο χώρος!!!!
