Ο επισκέπτης της, έχει την ευκαιρία να δει και να θαυμάσει από κοντά τις τοιχογραφίες και τις αγιογραφίες του τέμπλου, μοναδικής ομορφιάς και πρωτοτυπίας από το χέρι του γνωστού ζωγράφου Γεωργίου Γουναρόπουλου.Το 1951 θα είναι η χρονιά που θα αγιογραφήσει τον Ιερό Ναό της Αγίας Τριάδος Νοσοκομείου Βόλου. Η αγιογράφηση του Ι. Ναού θα γίνει ύστερα από παραγγελία του βιομηχάνου κ. Παπαγεωργίου. Στο τέμπλο έχουμε οχτώ Εικόνες. Παριστάνονται οι μορφές της Θεοτόκου, του Ιησού Χριστού, του Αγίου Ιωάννου του Προδρόμου, της Αγίας Τριάδος, της Αγίας Βαρβάρας, του Αγίου Παντελεήμονος, του Αρχαγγέλου Μιχαήλ και του Αρχαγγέλου Γαβριήλ. Οι αγιογραφίες κοσμούν τον τρούλο και τα τεταρτοσφαίριά του, την κόγχη του Ιερού και τους χώρους ανάμεσα στις θύρες και τα τρίβηλα παράθυρα του Β. και Ν. κλίτους ,καθώς και της Δ. πλευράς.
