★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο έχω συναντήσει σε κατάστημα. Απαράδεκτοι με όλη τη σημασία της λέξης, αναμονή 2+ μήνες για το τίποτα, καμία ενημέρωση, καμία διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης σε κανένα σημείο. Ακύρωσα την παραγγελία μου μετά απο τόση αναμονή και ασυνέπεια και ακόμα περιμένω την επιστροφη των χρημάτων μου! Αίσχος. Ο ορισμός του αντιεπαγγελματία. Μείνετε μακριά, θα ταλαιπωρηθείτε και θα χάσετε το χρόνο και την ηρεμία σας. Κρίμα που το σύστημα δεν έχει μηδέν...
The worst I've come across in a store. Unacceptable in every sense of the word, waiting 2+ months for nothing, no information, no service at any point. I canceled my order after so much waiting and inconsistency and I am still waiting for my money back! Shame. The definition of unprofessional. Stay away, you will suffer and you will lose your time and peace. Too bad the system does not have zero ...

Διαβάζοντας τα σχόλια είχα ένα άγχος, αλλά όλα τέλεια!
I ordered on Thursday morning, on Saturday it was in Lefkada by transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα πρότεινα να κλείσετε το e-shop και να ασχοληθείτε μόνο με πωλήσεις ετοιμοπαράδοτων προϊόντων στο φυσικό σας κατάστημα. Πιθανόν να θέλετε, αλλά σας διαβεβαιώνω, δεν μπορείτε. Αφήστε το σε άλλους!
I would suggest you close the e-shop and deal only with sales of ready-made products in your physical store. You may want to, but I assure you, you can not. Leave it to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αγένεια τους μοιράζεται μεταξύ τους. Ο ένας κύριος ευγενικός ο άλλος απαράδεκτος. Η ασυνέπεια χαρακτηριστικό τούς. Έκανα το λάθος να παραγγείλω 2 φορές από το ίδιο. Την πρώτη λάθος κπ κωδικοί κ εννοείται μετά από 2 μήνες. Κ την δεύτερη, μετά από 2 χρόνια π έκανα πάλι παραγγελία ελπίζοντας πως η πρώτη ήταν απλά άστοχη, η κατάσταση ήταν ακόμη χειρότερη. Όχι μόνο λάθος κωδικοί, αλλά κπ δεν μου τους βάλανε καθόλου. Αξίας 15 ευρώ κ Μ έλεγαν την άλλη εβδομάδα την άλλη κ δεν ήρθε ποτέ. Κ όταν πήρα ααααπειρες φορές τηλ καμία εξυπηρέτηση. Έστειλα και εμαιλ να Μ επιστρέψουν τα λεφτά Μ κ δεν βρίσκαμε καν τη παραγγελία. Ναι οι τιμές τους είναι συγκριτικά χαμηλότερες από άλλα μαγαζιά. Δεν αξίζει όμως ούτε στο ελάχιστο. Απαράδεκτοι,αντιεπαγγελματιες,αγενεστατοι,ασυνέπεια.
Their rudeness is shared between them. One gentleman the other unacceptable. Their inconsistency characteristic. I made the mistake of ordering 2 times from the same. The first wrong κπ codes κ is meant after 2 months. And the second, after 2 years I placed the order again hoping that the first was simply misplaced, the situation was even worse. Not only incorrect passwords, but they did not put them on me at all. Worth 15 euros k M they said the other week the other k never came. K when I got aaaaaape times tel no service. I sent and emailed M to return the money and we could not even find the order. Yes their prices are comparatively lower than other stores. But it is not worth it in the slightest. Unacceptable, unprofessional, rude, inconsistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση! Είχα προσπαθήσει να επικοινωνήσω με εμαιλ μαζί τους για να ενημερωθώ για ένα προιόν και δεν έλαβα ποτέ απάντηση. Όταν αποφάσισα να κάνω την παραγγελία, περίμενα πάνω από δυο βδομάδες χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση. Έλαβα ένα αυτόματο εμαιλ που έλεγε "κωδικός μη διαθέσιμος". Προσπάθησα να απαντήσω και να καταλάβω σε ποιο από τα προιόντα ήταν η αναφορά- καμία απάντηση. Προσπάθησα μετά από λίγες μέρες να επικοινωνήσω ξανά για να μάθω τι έγινε με την παραγγελία και δεν έλαβα πάλι ποτέ απάντηση. Μέχρι και σήμερα, 4 μήνες μετά, ακόμα δεν έχω λάβει καμία ενημέρωση. Ευτυχώς που είχα επιλέξει να πληρώσω με μετρητά (βασικά δεν έδινε άλλη επιλογή η σελίδα τους, παρόλο που λέει ότι δέχονται πιστωτική!).
Απαράδεκτοι από κάθε άποψη δυστυχώς.
Tragic service! I had tried to contact them by email to find out about a product and never received a response. When I decided to place my order, I waited more than two weeks without any notice. I received an automatic email saying "password not available". I tried to answer and understand which of the products was the reference - no answer. I tried to contact again after a few days to find out what happened to the order and I never received a reply again. To date, 4 months later, I have not received any update. Luckily I had chosen to pay in cash (basically their page gave no other choice, even though it says they accept credit!).
Unacceptable in every way unfortunately.
