hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent. However it is an old hotel and would only consider a room on 3rd floor with a view andift access.

For the price at this place the hotel it good. The rooms are a little small, but who stays much in their hotel room, when you are on holiday in a city like Chania. The staff is also very kind and helpful. I stayed 5 weeks in this Hotel and liked it really much to stay directly in the area of the old harbor. They also have a nice balcony at the roof from where you can have a look over the whole city. The breakfast is also very good and worth the money ( free orange juice, different cookies, bread, yoghurt, cheese, fruits and vegetables)

Location is implacable and is just at the corner or 3min walk to the Venetian Harbour, and from its roof which is open to all guests, can see the Faro Lighthouse and even enjoy the vibe and music from the plaza there! It is a heritage building and about a dozen rooms, but do have a 24hr reception. It is also on a street at the fringe of the most hussle area in the area, but with some nice restaurants that open to late hours, a mini market almost next door and some nice small shops. Most important, next to the largest parking area in that area. However, the bathroom is really cramped, even worse to cruise ship bathrooms for the two rooms that I was in.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! Very cute place located in a beautiful old Town area. For the price, it was a great deal and worth what we paid. However, the bed was rock hard and we found 3 roaches and only stayed one night. I gave it 4 stars because the price and location are amazing while the cleanliness and creature comforts were slightly lacking.

Nice clean and independently owned hotel in chania old town. Front desk is very helpful and have good advice on places to eat and sightseeing. The rooms are clean and room service is adequate. Location cannot be best. Just a few steps away from the harbour and a Street away from shops, restaurants and a market that has some of the best fresh spices and olives around.

It’s a simple place and in a very nice part of town, walkable to historic parts and to where busses pick you up for tours. Internet isn’t great but I still could get work done and it’s comfortable.

Was not happy with this hotel. I stayed on the first floor, so that may have been an issue. It reminded me a bit of a hospital room, i am saddened to say. The bathroom was also not in a good state and it reminded me a bit of a public bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was okay. Would not recommend it. There are better places at the same price at Chania.

Very clean. Lovely staff. Fantastic location. Good value for money. It would be nice to maybe have a kettle in the room to make tea at night. The bathroom was very compact. But had no complaints and would stay here again.
