★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was beautiful. Modern and traditional at the same time and just in the center of Chania. The only problem was the tiny bathroom that was so small that couldn’t be used properly. The accommodation also included Cretan breakfast in the Fagotto bar on the ground floor which was a pleasant surprise as it consisted mostly of traditional products. We also took the airport transfer services as we landed late at night but we were not 100% satisfied because of the delayed driver and the old car - a taxi would work better in that case at the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really liked Fagotto. The place is very central and a great starting point to explore Chania's old town.
We had the room on the ground floor, directly accessible from the street with a very nice cat greeting us every time. The room was furnished tastefully and felt cosy.
Breakfast is served in a bar close to the residence and with a great view on the harbor. Staff was extra friendly in Fagotto and gave tips about the area.
We highly enjoyed our time there!

Directly in the old town, run by very nice and friendly people, furnished and arranged with a very good taste.
The Andante room we had is quiet and cool with a private side street entrance. Bed is very comfortable and we had a great sleep, all 2 minutes away from the Venetian Harbor area.
Breakfast is rather basic but tasty, all with a very good price.
All in all highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great boutique hotel right in the middle of old town. The room was spacious and we were upgraded to a larger unit with a rooftop terrace. While I'm sure normal (non-covid) times wouldn't warrant an upgrade, it was greatly appreciated. The room was nicely appointed and well kept. Front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here while in Chania.
It would have received 5 stars were it not for the solar water heater. It was the only water heating source and was not hot enough in the morning to shower with. That's a bit of a huge pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was amazing. The location is perfect: in the city centre, close to the Old Harbor and the Nea Chora Beach. The apartment was extremely clean, quiet. It had all, what is needed. I really liked the view from the terrace. The breakfast was very tasty with a few options to choose from. We stayed there for many days and even if we lived in the city, we came back home truly restored. The staff is really helpful and manages all perfectly, giving also a lot of tips where to go and what to see to experience the true Crete. Thank you very much!
