She said it wasn't her problem and told me to call getyourguide, the online travel agency which has no phone support. Terrible experience, do not book this company, you will regret it! No matter what this company replies, they should be empathetic that someone is left stranded. Instead they were extremely stressed and rude, which made a bad situation worse. Again, DO NOT BOOK this COMPANY. YOU WILL BE TREATED RUDELY and, like me, you will be asking yourself, IS THIS A JOKE!?!

The guide made sure we had all the information we needed and the driver did a great job bringing us safely to the gorge and back home. Overall an amazing trip. We fully recommend this agency!

He was very helpful on both the bus trip out and back, and took time to carefully explain what to expect in the gorge, as well as all the timings and what is to happen on the other side with lunch/swims/ferries etc. This put everyone at ease on our bus. The gorge itself was spectacular and not as hot as anticipated. The initial descent is hard on the knees, but it levels out. You definitely need sturdy footwear, we saw folks doing the hike in flip flops and this is a poor choice given how long the hike is. This was our first tour during our 2 weeks' holidays in Greece and it set the standard really high as well as well being great value. Would recommend Samaria gorge tour to all those who are able for the hike!
K	Kaktus M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: nice and funny tour guide. Bus was exactly on time. Fair price. Contra: firstly we went to a taverna for breakfast, which is a loose of time in my opinion. Because once we arrived at the beach, there were no umbrellas left. So I would have preferred to get firstly at the beach, be there one hour earlier and then eat at the beach. The food there was also good, cheap and sorry, but I think even better then in the taverna. Then we just stayed four hours at the beach which is not enough as the beach is the main attraction. As you arrive you firstly have to find a place for your self as there are really a lot people! There are also nice water sport activities, so I would have preferred to stay longer, about 6 hours to use all of that. We left at 15:15, to go for lunch. It was super hot when we left and I think that was too early for leaving and eating. One Taverna would have been enough. For me personally, it was too stressful and I decided to not book another trip. But others seemed to be satisfied.
