★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No knowledge on coffeemakers, no help and even tried to sell me an exhibition machine at no price reduction. Told me the coffeemaker I asked for wasn't available anymore and should get the exhibition model. After I buyed and paid for it, I saw the model I asked for at the shop entrance and asked for a change. Then they tried to give me one that didn't have the gift advertised in their website, claiming the items with the gift were sold out and refused to give a refund. At last the manager came and she cleared everything up, so I got the model I asked for and the gift, an apology and they claimed they couldn't find the proper box in the warehouse.
