โ โ โ โ โ If I could give 0 starts, I would. My husband and I were forced to cancel our 900โฌ 4 day honeymoon stay, that cost us so much and were very much looking forward to, due to changes on our flights because of COVID-19 restrictions, on the same day of our arrival, and even though we cried and begged for a credit to go another time, they refused to help us.
Never been so heartbroken. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Would stay away from these people. No heart whatsoever.

One of the best hotels we've ever been in!
Everything was excellent,
The room- I can't even describe it in words but I'll try, the room was huge, clean, a lot of space, the jacuzzi inside the room is like a pool and not a jacuzzi! The shower was amazing!
The service was above and beyond,
Excellent, kind, professional and helpful staff- Anna, Akis, Serafeim, Mary, Milena, Vasw and Hercules! Thank youโฅ๏ธ
The food was delicious,
The pool and sitting area outside was perfect!
The view was amazing!

โ โ โ โ โ Such a lovely, beautiful and quiet place. We got our breakfast served on our porch every morning and the pool was to ourselves most of the times. No screaming kids and unhappy customers.
You need a car though

โ โ โ โ โ This place has been and still is (currently staying at time of review) an amazing and wholesome experience. Receptionist was super polite and very helpful! Rooms were colorful, comfortable and downright beautiful. So we're the views that were offered from your suite. And don't even get me started on the free breakfast every morning! This place is to die for. If I could rate a 5 out of 5 I would. We will definitely be returning! Thank You Elements of Caldera Suites!

โ โ โ โ โ This place is amazing! The rooms are stupendous with the view of the caldera. The service is top notch. Excellent breakfast (custom ordered). Definitely a yes for me. Stay here in the south for a couple days and everything is close by red beach, black beach, lighthouse. Very private and romantic

โ โ โ โ โ The best hotel Iโve ever been to in my entire life. The location & view is like no other, every single person of the staff was absolutely WONDERFUL (thank you Thanos for the most memorable experience), the breakfast every morning was like no other, and the rooms are to die for.
If you are thinking about going to Santorini, please stop thinking about it and just do it. And please look no further and STAY at this hotel!! You wonโt regret it. I will absolutely be back here at this exact hotel, no questions.

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing. The location is great, far away from the masses, within short drive away from the bigger cities. Lovely rooms and impeccable service, the guys here are polite, attentive, smily and really can't fault them at all.
The only thing I would say was a bit annoying was that the pool isn't warm and as we came in early May, it was too cold to use at full (although we had 2-3 quick dips).
