ス	スペンサーフィル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice staff. Look after you completely. We had a room with it's own pool and it was all secluded. We had pretty much the entire hotel to ourselves, and it was great. We did have water issues there for a brief period of time, where the water flow was down to a trickle, but otherwise it was fine. We hired a car to get around as well (was the easiest option), as the place is a little far from town, and drove around to Get Lucky's Gyros which was awesome and went to the lighthouse to eat them at sunset.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, courteous, and made sure to go out of their way to make their guests feel special and welcomed. Neither my wife nor I have ever experienced such a high degree of service! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Santorini, looking for an isolated, romantic, quaint experience away from the hustle and bustle of Thira or Oia. They were extremely helpful in coordinating transportation for us when we needed it, along with other reservations, experiences, and room service at their incredible in-house restaurant Alali (highly recommend the chocolate tartlet). My only regret is not giving this beautiful resort a 5 start review sooner.

The very hotel has some down sides like there are long stairs that you have to go to get to the hotel (no lift), sometimes room service confuses your orders, the hotel is not suitable for kids, but overal i am not complaining. It os definetly worth its price! Go there and have fun!

After a 2 year booking delay due to COVID, the reservation team where extremely flexible with our booking, offering alternative dates in an alternative year. Upon arriving to the suites, the service we received was fantastic. The service from the bar around the pool area was fast and efficient. We stayed in the Cave Pool suite and was simply beautiful for my fiancée and me. The view from the room was stunning, and having breakfast served on the terrace was magical. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious. We had the taster menu, and offered a vegetarian alternative for us as well which was wonderful. The team explained the best parts of Santorini and offered knowledgeable advice and arranging activities for us such as a cruise and massage. If I could give this place a 10 star review I would, it’s a wonderful experience and everyone at the suites are polite and made us both feel welcomed and looked after. Highly recommend.

One important thing to note, you may have to climb a couple of stairs to come out of the place , do not recommend for someone with an issue with climbing stairs. The view from the room and services was something we haven't seen across the island
